Beckett Farms is a great, family and pet friendly community that promotes an active lifestyle with the included amenities and larger group activities. Although the demographic can be rather young (ie., large groups of friends playing alcoholic games at the pool in the summer time), my family is happy at Beckett Farms overall. Homes are clean, non-smoking, front office and maintenance staff are responsive and efficient.

I really love this apartment community. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. The amenities are a huge draw -they have the best dog park in the area and my mini-doodle loves it! The apartment was immaculate on the day I moved in. The community is friendly and the staff are personable and professional. My friends come to visit and want to move here!

The renovations were done very poorly. I'm constantly having to put in maintenance requests... I've lived there 3 months and I've had to do at least 10. The issues are resolved quickly and professionally, just wish I didn't have so many!

I have loved the 4 years I have been at Beckett Farms and I plan to stay at least a few more years. This has been by far the best apartment community I have lived at. The apartments are huge and have a great layout. The amenities are the best I have seen as well.

I have loved my time at Beckett Farms. The apartment and community are great. There is a huge dog park and awesome pool area. The fitness center is 24/7 as well.

Staffing has great customer service, they truly care about their renters. They’re always coming up with ways in getting the community involved. Communicate is very positive professional. The area is so BEAUTIFUL and has many different amenities and even pet friendly, I truly love it.

We have lived here for 3 years. Place is immaculate and staff takes care of anything and everything quickly. Nice landscaping and wonderful holiday get togethers, food trucks, and nice personnel.So happy we are here! Neighbors are friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful community with friendly people. I love the resident events like Trunk or Treat and caramel apples. They also have a lot of food trunks come out to the property.

We moved from NY not knowing anything about this area. I called around to several apartment complexes and Jessica from Beckett was by far the nicest and most patient person. She was most helpful and made our transition to SC in general so easy and smooth. The property is very nice and I love that it is a smoke free community. All the residents I have met so far are friendly and all the common areas are beautiful. Glad to be a resident here.
