Seymour/Naugatuck/Ansonia is a large area encompassing a collection of neighborhoods east of the Naugatuck River. The northern section of the area is comprised mostly of forests hiding a few residential areas, but the eastern and southern portions of the community are less secluded. Highway 8 runs through the eastern section of town connecting residents to other parts of New England including New Haven, located 10 miles southeast. The highway also features commercial developments as several shopping centers are located along or just off the road. Renters will find that rental options are centered along this road as well. Beaver Brook is a very nice place to live their staff is very friendly and they do a lot for the children I live the children I lived here for 8 years and I really enjoyed being a part of this community
Office staff so rude the just care about collecting the rent money. When u gonna move in they make everything look so “pretty” but if you have issues with other neighbors you need to figure it out by your own, drugs and alcohol getting crazy and again staff dont care about it
I've been at Beaverbrook for 3 years and am very happy with it. I'm very happy with my apartment,very spacious for the rent and heat/HW included! Haven't had many reasons to call for maintenance but when I have they usually get to it that same day. Love the office staff and workers, they do a great job. The grounds and apartments have been going through updates/remodels in some apartments after people have moved out. Most of the neighbors are nice, not nosey cliques in everyone's business like I've seen in some reviews. If people are loud and obnoxious outside so everyone hears their business all the time, of course people are going to complain to the office and if they get enough complaints they do something about it. Who wants to hear hollering all the time? The best part is they basically have a zero drug tolerance policy.
Management staffs are very rude and they have no consideration for tenants all they care about is how to make more money no visitors parkings and they will towing your car if you park in the empty space that they keep to rent for extra to tenants who has an extra car anywhere for kids to play outside no public transportation if you can deal with all these you will be okay because the price is reasonable compare to other places in the area. So good luck this is CT anyway!
there veryu nice apt but they need a little face lift to bring them back around there not bad but they could be alot better
