Bear Pointe

I helped my family start the process to move into an apartment at Bear Pointe. Our experience was above and beyond! In this day and age when moving to a new community can be extremely lengthy and frustrating, Meredith in management made our move a breeze. She was on top of everything making sure the process was completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.. This is the best move in experience I have had so far and I am looking forward to posting another review in a few months once family settles into their new home in this clean, child friendly community.

Recently moved in but what attracted me to this property was the friendly and professional staff, the community atmosphere, and then the units themselves are very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect as it is near many necessities but the property itself is tucked away and quiet. So far I am loving my time here. Would definitely recommend Bear Pointe to anyone!

We didn't end up going with this specific property but I do want to say this companies management was extremely helpful, friendly, and inviting. They are so easy to work with and the properties they have are really nicely renovated and set up like small communities. I definitely recommend looking into Bear Pointe and everything it has to offer!

Love living at Bear Pointe Cir....Love everything being done around the department...pool, paining, new roadway. Wonderful place to live..

Just so everyone knows spread the word please do NOT rent from renting Ohio/remax OR Bear Pointe Apartments we have been here since 12/01/2017 and this the the THIRD time they’ve kicked us out only this time they refuse to work with us won’t say WHY we can’t stay in my 6 years living here I have had no ac for almost 4 of it They straight up, refused to fix our AC and when I asked, I got threatened with nonrenewal of lease just for me asking for them to fix my AC ,maintenance requests are often ignored refused and if you ask for it, they’ll kick you out for that as well. You’ll wait weeks and months and they install the cheapest equipment they can. The office is incredibly hard to get a hold of email or calling there is raccoons everywhere trash everywhere. Cars are constantly broken into and apartments. Not to mention my entire time living here Pitbulls are on the restricted list but there’s a giant pitbull that runs back-and-forth above me all day long and nothing is done about it. they want to up rent constantly, but refused to make any upgrades or repairs yet. Rent is constantly going up. all of the appliances are outdated. The counters are outdated. My carpet has been the same my entire time of living here when I moved in it was used as well. they refused to fix my hot water heater for almost a year which caused me to have almost a $2000 electric bill from it constantly running. this has been the worst nightmare of my life I dealt with the no AC and all of the loud neighbors all of the crime all of the them ignoring emails and calls to keep my kids in olentangy schools but this place has been a nightmare not once not twice, but three times they have tried to kick us out because I asked for my AC to be fixed this time they’re kicking us out and will not answer me or give me a reason they are straight up, ignoring me, like me and my kids lives don’t matter when we’ve been here almost 6 years. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to be ignored devalued old appliances, no updates and little to no concern for safety, cleanliness or well-being and constant rent water sewage trash removal prices going up! I cried begged and pleated, said they can do an inspection they can up my rent. I will do whatever they want to stay and my request was completely and ignored. They are uncompassionate, and this was out of nowhere with no reason or cause. I was moved to month to month with so proof of lease or notice I have had MANY packages stolen

I’ve emailed twice and called a total of three times in the past week trying to get ahold of someone regarding getting on a waitlist, viewing the apartment, and doing an application. If I’m having this much trouble getting ahold of someone, this just shows me how hard it will be once I’m a tenant. Very poor communication skills.

I want to go ahead and extend my up most gratitude to Renting Ohio. I had put a deposit on a until prior to the switch about a month ago and although there were some rough patches in the transition, Renting Ohio has gone above and beyond to make sure that i was a satisfied customer and to make up for any of the shortcomings of even the initial leasing company in the transition. They have truly been a pleasure to work with and are a great team of individuals. I would recommend any of my friends or family to proceed in working with them at any time in the future.
