Property Ratings at Beal Townhomes
When Campbell Property took over management, things went downhill. Snow removal was a joke. Last summer we received an email to clean our outside AC units in order for them to run more efficiently. Upon moving out, I was given a list of things to clean. One was to clean my AC filter. They hadn’t even come by to give me a new one but one time in the years they have been the management. You will get charged $2 a lightbulb if they have to replace any that were out. I wanted to say until September 2nd (a Saturday) and was told I would be charged a full months rent if I was not out by the 31st. They are awful! Do not move here!
They are built as cheap as they possibly could be. Insane amounts of draft, you can hear the wind coming through the garage. With the garage door closed. They lie every year about snow removal. After 3 years, just gave up hoping they'd do anything useful. They never change filters, they email you saying they're coming to do it then never do it. I would give this place 0 stars. I could write an entire book about how I regret moving here. Don't let the looks and neighborhood fool you. Awful management,horribly built, cheap, rent will raise every single year. Usually 100-200. Terry the property mantaince is great though, only good part about the place.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. When I moved in the drains were plugged, the oven had been self cleaned but not wiped out, the vents were full of dust and garbage. Also they reserve the right to terminate your lease whenever they want and not even tell you why. No warning, no second chance, NOTHING. Absolutely no compassion for people whatsoever. Pretty sad.

We lived here since they build these in 2017. Never had any problems, until about a year ago when new management which is Campbell properties from Fargo ND took over. I honestly do not even know who is the manager in charge of this location, the guy we met is not there anymore. The review about the snow is true, we had 2 large snow storms that year and both times they did not clean the snow. There was over 24" of snow in front of my garage. I have pictures to prove this. This year 2022 we received our first snow storm and they didn't clean the snow again on time. We also never got our filter changed, previous management did those on regular basis. Overall very disappointed as rent keep increasing but lease agreements are not met by the management.
Ive lived here for a year now and it has been great. The review about snow removal happened one time when we got 8 inches of snow. They sent an email stating their snow plower didn't show up and spend the entire night trying to find someone. stuff happens lol i appreciated them letting us know! Only down fall to this place is they increase your rent after a year and its already pretty spendy. However, with the location and neighborhood, the price is well worth it to me. I love my home here.
Used to be under Selected Property management, they did very good. Since Campbell Property took over, it’s poor management, especially the snow removal. Been days and they did nothing at all. Same happened last year. So better to think about renting here unless you’re willing to take of snow yourself or hire someone do it even your rental including snow removal.
