The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Beacon Village
I’ve lived at beacon village for 3 years and had to relocate to other state, however it was a great experience, they are always on top of things and helpful. Molly and Rene’ thank you for all the hard work you guys put into this apartment complex supporting tenants.
Staff is always available to help with any issue. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately, even after hours. Apartments are quiet and property is well kept. Pools are a plus! One for the family and one that is adult only. Apartments are both rented and have private owners, so there are pets in many apartment buildings and parking can be tight at times. Beacon Village is a family friendly community that is safe and welcoming.
The rules say no pets but there are SEVERAL residents who have dogs of various breeds and cats. The parking is HORRIBLE!! Having a parking sticker is useless since the requirements to have one is not enforced. Several residents have more than 2cars.. Parking in the winter is HORRIBLE too.. People don't move their cars so the property can be properly plowed which leaves people shoveling their cars out. You can forget about sleep if you live under people who stay up all night or the ones with several kids who play ALL night. My neighbor releases her kids in hallway to play like cattle. I can literally time her kid screaming every morning in hallway. You'll get use to see the maintenance guys fixing cars instead of working. The office staff is nice and does they best they can with these issues but unfortunately nothing is working
The place is beautiful and have everything you need but the problem is... it looks like everything is new but it isn't! If you will leave in the first floor you can have problems. You can hear your neighbor upstairs walking around all the time, also you can hear other things too (Yeah!) It is hard to sleep because some neighbor doesn't work, sleep or doesn't respect others. Also the condominium cannot do anything to fix it. They have a lot of rules which is good but nobody obey them and that is okay to them. For example, to park your car there you need sticker (just to have it) because nobody has it and that is okay, nobody takes any action, so if you work late probably you wont have spot to park your car.
These reviews must be from people who don't actually live here. Terrible service. Over priced. VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF. Office is never open when the hours are listed. Things are falling apart here. Laundry is $5 a load!!! That's insane... And the laundry areas are filthy!!! Stay away from here. It's not worth it.
Beacon Village apartments offer the luxuries of a downtown apartment at an affordable price. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis courts all included in your monthly rent payments. The area of the complex is well maintained by a staff that actually cares about your experience living there. Their one bedroom one bathroom unit is perfect for a young professional working on the north shore of Boston, who still enjoys the night life of the city at a quick 15 minute drive downtown.
perfect for family. great service. Quite and peaceful. Easy access to highway. No major issues so far. rent higher than other apartments but you get what you pay for. Here service requests are followed up. Nice pool. Tennis court can be improved. Nice gym. community center available for rent.
