Absolutely LOVE!

Living at Beacon Point Townes has been such a great experience! The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming neighborhood feel. The townhomes are bright, modern, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space—perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The location is hard to beat: just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, beautiful beaches, shopping, and dining, yet tucked away in a quiet area that feels like a retreat. A Wonderful Place to Call Home

I’ve lived at Beacon Point Townes for 10 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe at all hours of the day. The landscaping is always beautiful, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the grounds looking their best. The management is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The team communicates clearly, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. Amazing Location

The community is so quiet and pretty. The property is located off the main road and is easy to get to but still so close to everything. Our home is brand new and never lived in. There is only one maintenance team member, but he is always there same day. Never had faster service for my maintenance! LOVE IT!!

Amazing

The property is so quiet and friendly. Love that this neighborhood is tucked back off the main road but also a close to everything. The new homes come with washer and dryer and attached garage. Absolutely love the townhomes!

Great Property! New Build - Small Cozy Community!

I love how calm the atmosphere is here. It isn't a huge property, so it has a cozy community feel. We love the layout of the townhomes, in that the bedrooms are all upstairs, and everything else is downstairs. We also liked that every unit has a one-car garage. And the property has pickleball courts. :) We cannot wait to move in!

Spacious Townhomes Close to Campus – Love Living Here!

As a student at Flagler College, Beacon Point Townes has been an amazing place to live! The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to focus on my studies. The location is super convenient, and it’s just a quick drive to campus and all the great spots in St. Augustine. The townhomes are modern, spacious, and having a garage is such a bonus—it’s perfect for storing my bike and other stuff. I love that the bedrooms are upstairs, so there’s a sense of privacy when I have friends over. The management team has been so helpful and welcoming, making the move-in process stress-free. Plus, their move-in specials for students are a great deal and really helped me save some money. I am so happy here!

I love my townhouse. I have lived in apartments for a long time and was tired of having noisy neighbors above me. It is so nice to not have to worry about people living above or below me. The staff has been very helpful, and any maintenance work orders have been taken care of very quickly.

Great for what you pay for

I enjoy living at Beacon! Compared to other complexes, you get a lot more for what you pay for. No one lives above or below you, there's no carpet, you get an attached garage, 2.5 baths, and lots of sq. footage.
