Property Ratings at Beachside Apartments
To get such a large police response, it has to be a stabbing, huge fight , or the METH dealers in the building are fighting again. People drink beer out of paper bags in the DRIVEWAY in daylight ! This is just a dump. Police are here almost daily. I took picture of 8 pd cars there last night but no way to attatch here.
They take people money . Without refunding. Be aware of this sketchy scamming company
People cook and push meth and crack in this building there’s been multiple stabbings and overdoses management sucks and it’s filled with mice roaches and bed bug infestations that management does nothing about don’t move here
Management is constantly changing, and they never keep track of anything, police show up about 2-3 times a month, no one picks up their dog poop in the dog area, valet sucks, no parking otherwise in the neighborhood, packages get stolen, expensive and constantly increasing rent prices, just a horrible experience
It might look amazing at first glance, but construction and loud noise was happening during our whole lease 2022-2023. That’s not temporary. Property managers don’t last, and the building has a serious roach and mouse infestation. Halfway through our lease, after not having pest issues, they put bait in the walls, and mice would come through the heating system and a hole behind the fridge they had not disclosed to us. We were on the 5th floor. There was no hot water most of the time, and we spent winter with no heat. Looking into it, tenants in the past had similar issues, but the building failed to provide code violation citations when they give you a lease.

Construction is temporary. Nobody likes it but it is necessary in order to keep the place updated. I’d rather live in a well maintained dwelling than a run down building. I also love the location and amenities.
