Property Ratings at Bayside Village
Property Management doesn't care about tenants problems. While signing the lease, they promised so many facilities and 10 months down, the facilities are still under construction (e.g during my 10 months there, I didn't have sauna or a proper gym, as promised at the signature, they gave me a 50$ monthly refund, it doesn't cover anything). Be careful with the security deposit!!! I hired a professional cleaning service (300$); I even provided them the invoice and they still retained 150$ for cleaning and repainting (there were literally two small spots on the wall). Personal suggestion: look somewhere else! NO TENANTS WHO I HAVE TALKED WITH IS HAPPY WITH BAYSIDE VILLAGE!
It one of best places to live in San Francisco, located Sough of Market, South Beach Marina, Waterfront Embarcadero, only few blocks from Ball Park and from Downtown and easy access to public transportation. Plus, the Bayside Village has many facilities, including gyms, pools, Jacuzzi and family/entertainment rooms. So, you have everything you need for young people as well for families. And it?s very safe with 24 hour security.
Really awesome place to live. Bummer they closed the sauna and have been working on the gym for a year. It also wasn?t too cool that they cut down all the beautiful trees. But all in all one of the best places to live in the city

Bayside village has 2 central package rooms from all carriers, and all residents have access to these rooms if they have something in the package room. This means anyone can easily take packages from other people. I have lost 4 packages in the past 3 month. I have filed missing package requests to the management office, but they cannot find anything through their security camera records. I don't even have things delivered unless I have to, but I still lose them. If you lose a package and ask management office to find it for you, they will give you the most obvious answer first "well, have you looked?" and then try to blame the delivery carriers. This is not a great place to live if you buy things online.
Very convenient location right at Waterfront of the Bay with lot of privacy and safety. Friendly staff and tenants with plenty room to relax by three, jacuzzi and cooking your own meals with provided gas barbecues. It?s great for singles and families.. its a Village where you feel like you?re HOME.
Leasing team was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They quickly understood my needs and went above and beyond to meet them.
Great area. Decent floor plans. Very cost efficient. Except for the swimming pool there is constant maintenance. Garage parking doors are on constant repair modes. Pipe bursts are frequent. No access to roof top. Gym has been closed since 4+ months.
I love Bayside! If it weren?t for the price, I would never move.

I would recommend Bayside Village for anyone searching for a safe, quiet, and convenient location to live in San Francisco. South Beach is an amazing neighborhood with great local spots, and it's easy to access anywhere in the Bay Area. There's access to the MUNI light rail and several bus lines around the corner to go throughout San Francisco and BART in walking distance for those who prefer public transit. The 280 and 101 freeways as well as the Bay Bridge are less than 5 minutes away by car to make it to the peninsula or east bay. You can't beat the value when you add in the understanding and friendly staff.
I really enjoy living in a community like Bayside. I have a comfortable space, can get to and from the office quickly when I need to and I have the convenience of parking my car in a garage that keeps it (and me) a little safer.
Amenities are spread out and inconvenient for most of us.

Well maintained campus/Complex. It appeared secure, felt secured and yet did not feel like a prison. Homelessness is an issue in SF and we did not notice much homeless activity or remnants of existing homelessness, well done.

The community itself, within the walls, is beautiful and well tended.
We love living at Bayside Village. In fact, it is a dream in so many ways. The location cannot be beat. The amenities are fantastic. The staff works very hard to make living here the best it can be. Recent renovations to the property are incredible.
The area is nice and quiet right near the Embarcadero which is one of my most favorite and treasured places in San Francisco. Lots of great places to visit and Enjoy life.
Bayside Village is generally a quiet, peaceful, and clean community situated close to conveniences, shops, stores, and the transit system … and I’m quite pleased staying here.
