Property Ratings at Bayboro Tower
Great place downtown. Walkable to everything including bars, restaurants, USFSP, waterfront, Dali museum and more. The building was clearly an apartment building in the past turned into condos which are mostly rented out. All of the units are 1 bedroom or studio with the same finishes and only slight deviations in the square footage. All have stainless appliances granite and wood cabinets and engineered wood floors. The only complaints I have are regarding the shoddy workmanship in the upgrades. The floors were not leveled so there is a wave in them. I've heard one unit has a several inch difference across the floor. I had troubles with my kitchen sink backing up, but that seems to have been fixed. I also lived on the side of the building facing the usfsp parking garage, which was noisy with windows open, but okay except for the occasional loud muffler and car alarm when closed. I also did not get much natural light because of the parking garage. And speaking of parking, not every unit has a reserved spot and there is no guest parking. It lack amenities like a pool or outdoor space, but it's affordable and a good location.
