The leasing staff are friendly and in our experience went above and beyond to get our application started. The computer system wasn't working well and we were in a time crunch and Francisca really came through for us. The couple of small issues with our unit were immediately addressed. We feel welcome and we feel safe.

I love living at Bay Court so far. My neighbors are friendly and so is the office staff. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and my maintenance requests have been completed within a very short time. The apartments are spacious with layouts that make them seem even bigger. It’s a very peaceful community to live in with your family. The schools are amazing and the general cleanliness is great. There is a lot to do outside of the community which you won’t have to travel far for. I have enjoyed it a lot, this is the place you want to be.

We LOVE it here! The staff are amazing and maintenance crew are outstanding! The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of businesses close by without being too noisy. My kids can even walk to school. My neighbors are nice and open for a brief chat or just to let us love on their puppies while they're taking them on walks. If you need a change of pace and some beautiful scenery, I highly recommend Bay Court!??

Most of the office staff is awful, rent increases are ridiculous, parking is tight, some tenants do wherever they want even if the are disturbing their neighbors right to peaceful enjoyment of their apartment, manager never available.

Great community to live in. The leasing staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond, most notably Walt, who has made sure all of our concerns were addressed and provided friendly service each time.

So far, we have enjoyed living at Bay Court. The pool area has been kept very clean, the landscaping is well taken care of. When I report something for a Maintenance call, it usually is taken care of in a timely manner. It would be nice to have a place where we could wash our cars.

As a 30 yr. Real Estate Broker and internationally certified educator, Bay Court staff and customer service are the best I’ve ever seen. Professional, courteous and near instantaneous response to maintenance needs. The apartments are spacious, fully updated, close to EVERYTHING, including a fantastic golf course and minutes from Puget Sound, waterfront dining, shopping and ferries. Best bang for your buck you will ever find. That’s why I’ve been a happy resident for 8 years and counting.

It is a very nice and quiet place. Perfect for families, we have never had a problem here in our 3 years here at the Baycourt.

Its a pretty average apartment. They say the unit is renovated, but it is apparent they covered up a lot of flaws and left the details unfinished. The shower is very outdated. It is stained and the paint is cracking all around. There is no fan in the bathroom. Overall, not extremely happy not it will do for now.

Bay Court is an excellent place to live. Both the Management - and the Maintenance team(s) are professional and do an amazing job taking care of the community and it's residents. The grounds are beautiful, amenities plentiful and the homes are quality. Highly recommend.
