Property Ratings at Bay Club Apartments
I have had bad experiences in the past living in apartments, but the staff here at Bay Club have been super friendly, responsive and enjoyable! It does make a big difference when choosing where to live.
Ive been here for a year and Ms. Cassandra and Allan are very nice and helpful. I feel safe in this neighborhood especially I have kids. Surroundings are clean..thanks to the maintenance.
I have lived here for 9 years and just renewed. It is close to my kids schools and parks. There have been a number of managers through the years and Cassandra and her staff have been very polite and helpful. I look forward to the next year and there after.
I appreciated the management and maintenance team during my stay there. They worked hard, esp Cassandra at getting this done and staying within the safety guidelines required of them. They were nice people, even with my move out process, was a nice experience.
I moved in here last October and have had no issues. If I need any help the staff is always helpful.
We have been at Bay Club Apartments for 2 years. At first our only complaint was screaming children playing in the middle of the apartment complex and playing in the street. It seems like no one watches their children and just lets them run free... screaming like they are being murdered. In the last year.. gangs have moved in. People are standing in the parking lot all hours of the day in large, scary groups. We spoke to the manager about it and she said they hired a new security agency.. but nothing has changed. We had guests from out of town visiting in June 2015 and one of the guests found hypodermic needle caps in the bushes in the parking lot. Not a good sign. As soon as our lease is up we are running as fast as we can.
