I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! It's not just beautiful and well-maintained, it also feels incredibly safe and welcoming. This community is close to the I-17 highway and also there's a grocery store next to the community which is very convenient for me.

**5 Stars** I had an amazing experience with Marcia at Bask Apartment Homes! She was incredibly informative and made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Bask was the first apartment tour I had scheduled for my upcoming move, and after seeing the property and experiencing such wonderful customer service from Marcia, I was completely sold! I ended up canceling the rest of my scheduled tours and applied for Bask the very next day. The property is beautiful, and the service is unmatched – highly recommend checking it out!

New to this area and stopped by for a quick tour. The office stuff was very friendly and helpful. I got all my questions answered. While on tour I noticed how cleaned and well kept the grounds are and the amenities they offer are amazing!!

This complex has gone downhill since being taken over by Greystar. I would stay far away as they have made this experience so incredibly hard on us by refusing to answer questions and withholding our deposit.

My biggest problem with this place is a constant change in management, the constant dog barking, and the fact that I have to take initiative to get anything fixed in the apartment. However, this place still wants rent, it’s a money grab, don’t move here.
