Property Ratings at Bainbridge Bayview
During my stay at Bainbridge Bayview the property initially appeared promising, several internal issues have significantly impacted my experience here. To start with, the trash management system is severely lacking. The dumpsters are often overflowing, and the trash frequently spills into the surrounding areas, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the daybeds in the pool area are perpetually dirty, and it’s clear that routine cleaning is not a priority. One of the more distressing issues is the frequent presence of dogs urinating in the elevators. This not only creates an unpleasant odor but also contributes to an unsanitary environment. To make matters worse, the perimeter access control system has multiple flaws, with broken gates that allow unauthorized individuals to enter the property freely. Parking is another area where the management falls short. The towing policy is excessively stringent; vehicles that are slightly over the parking lines are towed without adequate warning. Residents have also had vehicles towed doing exactly as management requested. This aggressive policy creates a sense of constant stress among residents about the potential for towing. The malfunctioning doors around the complex have been a significant issue. Many residents have been locked out, and unfortunately, I suffered a broken finger and a nail removed due to a malfunctioning door. In response, management taped the doors down, which is a sign of negligence. The perimeter fence is broken and poses a safety hazard, especially for children. It not only compromises security but also provides easy access for unauthorized individuals. The most recent incident highlighted the severity of these issues. Someone gained access through an unlocked door and ran throughout the building, ultimately accosting a couple. Thankfully, the perpetrator was apprehended, but this event underscores the dangerous security lapses present here. In summary, while Bainbridge Bayview Apts may look appealing at first glance, the persistent issues with trash management, unsanitary conditions, inadequate security, and ineffective maintenance overshadow its potential. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful improvements to address these critical problems.

The dumpsters are often overflowing, and the trash frequently spills into the surrounding areas, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment which attracts raccoons, palmetto bugs and RATS. Additionally, the daybeds in the pool area are perpetually dirty, and it’s clear that routine cleaning is not a priority. One of the more distressing issues is the frequent presence of dogs urinating in the elevators and the common areas. Parking is another area where the management falls short. The towing policy is excessively stringent; vehicles that are slightly over the parking lines are towed without adequate warning. Residents have also had vehicles towed doing exactly as management requested. This aggressive policy creates a sense of constant stress among residents about the potential for towing. To make matters worse, the access control system has significant flaws, including malfunctioning doors that have led to injuries. I broke a finger due to a faulty door, management guffed at the incident with statements “Hey Angela, is your finger still on.” The non resolution of this issue reflects management’s disregard for residents as well as their negligence. The broken perimeter fence also poses a safety hazard, particularly for children. The Clearwater PD are called on a regular basis for critical incidents regarding drugs, domestic affairs and access control breaches, which keeps residents on high alert. Additionally, Several residents have experienced issues regarding interior plumbing, flooding from rain and MOLD. In summary, while Bainbridge Bayview may look appealing at first glance, the persistent issues with trash management, unsanitary conditions, inadequate access control and ineffective maintenance overshadow its potential. Bainbridge Bayview continues to falsely report this review to keep the truth hidden which clearly demonstrates their lack of integrity. Management needs to focus more on these concerns and implement meaningful improvements to address these critical issues.
