I keep getting constant emails about pet documents and insurance that I have sent over and over and over. Never get informed if something is fixed, but 20 emails for 'how did we do.'. Never got an answer about gate working. Charges for things that I shouldn't. Parking is an issue. Very little handicap, never have spaces near. Dogs constantly barking at all hours. Really like the apartment, just have some issues with communication.

Move in experience went well. It’s a beautiful community and very well kept. We had an issue with the AC on day of move in. Maintenance was there within the hour. Condensation line was clogged. They had it back up and running with 5 minutes.

Love my little community! My daughter has made a lot of friends with the neighbor kids from community events and just being at the pool. We love the extra little events from brunch to pizza parties!

Coming from a bad situation to living here is absolutely amazing. I can’t complain. It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly. The fountain out back has an awesome view at night. Walking around the lake is a good feeling and helps me with my thoughts. All the amenities are by far important to us. Especially he infinite pool. Love everything about bainbridge. Also a huge thank you to the office staff that helped our move in go smoothly.

I searched high and low when I learned I was moving to Jacksonville 14 months ago, and Bainbridge Avenues Walk surpassed the other options out there. I have lived here for over a year and have been so impressed. The staff are so friendly and responsive/helpful; they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They do a beautiful job maintaining the landscape and buildings; it feels like I am living in luxury here. Also- the location is ideal. It's easy to hop on and off the highway to get to all the best spots in Jax easily, while also not being super far from St. Augustine. A total hidden gem! I definitely encourage you to choose Bainbridge Avenues Walk. You won't regret it!

Beautiful view and nice location. Walmart n Avenue Mall is nearby walking distance. Everything what I need is around this place. Well maintained properly.
Nice walkway around pond with benches. Great amenities IF they are working. Community espresso machine is usually out of order. Fire pits I believe have never worked in two years although they look great. Heated saltwater pool has been closed for repair for about three weeks now. Clubhouse common area and office spew out nasty chemical fragrance that make many sick and they knowingly keep using it which kills that amenity. Constant battle with roaches getting in through door and window cracks. The noise level through walls is about typical. Seems all breeds and sizes of dogs are welcome here. Traffic noise is loud depending on which way the wind blows. Grounds are kept up for the most part. The entrance of course is well maintained. Maintenance supervisor is excellent and on top of stuff. We can only hope he doesn’t burn out but instead continues on for at least until we leave. The office staff is generally responsive to issues except for continuing to pollute my air that I pay for. Be sure to really inspect the property before renting. Many of the great reviews online are from people who only check it out and rate the staff.

They offer yoga and water aerobics - great group who attends. My apartment has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a walk in shower. It’s perfect.

I have being charged money, I have also receive an alert that the apartment has gone up more then $600 extra of the original rental agreement and I have not even signed a lease agreement. Not moving in at all.
