Property Ratings at Azure Winter Park
Read their reviews/ car parts being stolen. No security, rats, roaches, maintenance doesn’t fix anything, property manager doesn’t care, its way overpriced and definitely not a place you want to call “Home”
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! First off, they make you pay $35 for your mailbox key that you have to wait two week to go pick it up from the post office annex. Next, I filled out the walk through sheet of all the things that were wrong when I first moved in, 3rd week in May... As of Aug 31 not a single thing has been fixed, I mean absolutely NOTHING. I have gone to the office several times, they have made promise after promise, take down my name, apt# etc... Still, absolutely nothing, not even a call. They never answer the phone when you call, and it can be hours before they get around to calling you back. If...they bother to callback at all. My water got shut off in the middle of the day, and when I called the emergency line to find out what was going on, it took 2 hours for someone to finally call me back and tell me the water was shut off because they were fixing a water heater. I asked why they didn't inform the tenants that they needed to shut off the water for the repair? The guy told me "We didn't have the time." One of the amenities here is supposed to be a 24 hour gym. On move in day, they proceeded to tell me they don't have gym keys and that the keys are on back order, so you can only use the gym during office hours, which doesn't work for me cause I'm at work. 3 MONTHS LATER and STILL no gym key. I have gone to the office checking for them about once every couple of weeks... In fact, I went to the office yet again to ask about the key at the end of July. They proceed to tell me they will finally be there in August. I go to the office at the end of the first week in Aug, they tell me the keys will be there at the end of Aug. I go in the last week in August and the guy tells me that the ONLY lady there that can program the keys is out sick and to come back on Tuesdays and I'll be able to pickup my key. I go in on Tuesday and that same guy tells me I'm too late and that batch of keys are all gone. I ask can a key be made and left for me to pickup from the office or left at my apartment door. He tells me "no" to both options. Long story short, they lied to me, wasted my time and I still don't have a gym key, so I can't use the gym THAT I'M PAYING FOR WITH MY ON TIME RENT EVERY MONTH!!! I WOULD ONLY RECOMMENDED THESE APARTMENTS TO SOMEBODY I HATED!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT OF HERE!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM AZURE APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS!!! Unless you're a glutton for punishment.... ***YOU'VE BEEN WARNED***
Staff does not care about you once you move in, everything is dated and work orders are fixed with band-aid repairs. Save your time and money
I've been here for 6 months and have seen 4 manager changes. My guess is they treat their employees as poorly as their residents. Profit is everything to them, to the point where they let people move into apartments that they had no time properly cleaning, fixing, or getting rid of existing roach problems. It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone and they often forget to call back or follow up. The one thing they care about is their public image, so when residents started to post concerns about outages, broken washers/dryers, lacking pest control, and other issues with community amenities on the "resident" portal discussion board, their solution was to shut down the comment option! Great! If they would put half as much effort into helping their already paying customers than they do getting new ones this would have the potential to be a nice place. But for now, don't move here if you can help it!! My guess is that goes for all McKinley places!
Please do not move here it does not look this nice everything is outdated and poor they don’t fix anything and don’t know what there doing they have a roach problem and are just complete liars. Just don’t move here or get stuck in a lease like me
Azure apartment staff are very professional . Always very helpful and willing to assist the resident with a great attitude. Apartments facilities are very well maintained. Highly recommended.

I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 roommates from my college. We are embarking on our life journeys and these apartments were a great choice for us. There's 2 pools that are well maintained, the staff and management is great and responsive, and overall a great decision. There is a lot of parking space and people are great at keeping litter off the streets. Also they have great scenery, lots of plants and palm trees, its great.
I moved into Azure winter park and shortly after reliazed I was not very happy w the apartment and the service off the community. First I was rushed at the end of work day to Sing te lease and get the keys. No informations or forms to fill out or mail laundry facility. The kitchen light would come on really late. I was not getting mail for a while bc I wasn't told by office that there is a form to fill out for the mailman to deliver your mail. I was told by mailman. The dishwasher was not properly install and it would tip forward. Faucet leak and dispute couple months of maintance request nothing was done. 1 Dumpsters for entire community. Over flowing w garbage weekly. And the office never answered their phone. Closet bar is reverse. It's hard to hang close. Price but very poor service after you sing lease. I like that they were spacious and had nice landscape. Other than that it was a nightmare.
Pretty loud place, rent is fairly high for the size of the apartment and where the location is at. maintenance team is nice but forgetful. You either have to remind them a million times to fix something or just fix it yourself. The dumpster is always over flowing by mid week and stray cats are every where. The office sends out newsletters reminding people about the rules and threatens to enforce them but nothing ever comes of it. On the weekends people just park where ever they want to. I drive a fairly large truck and the parking lots are pretty small. People just park either on the sidewalks or just where ever that's not a parking spot. Makes it super difficult to get out of where I park. Recently someone was shot in the complex so not sure I would say it is real safe here. When it rains my sidewalk between my apartment and parking lot floods. A drain was installed but just gets clogged up and you still end up walking through ankle deep lake. The only thing I like about this apartment is that its close to the college down the street. Cannot wait for my lease to end. Living here is a health concern!
