Jeff is so nice and helpful, he always waves and says hi to me, and answers all my questions while fixing any problems I have quickly and easily. Nice location. Residents are excessively smoking including shared public areas. Loud noise even past quiet hours in the hall way and screaming.

I love how well the property is cared for. Maintenance and groundskeeping efforts are ongoing, keeping our surroundings beautiful and pleasant, year round. I appreciate a schedule being published for residents to know what kind of repairs to expect inside the buildings; also where and when they'll be done. Great communication from management.

Unit 7050 Southmoor street needs more attention than it gets . Maintenance and repairs takes forever , smoking in hallways, liter at odd hours , packages unsafe and stolen very often.Makes you wonder about security.

The neighborhood is family friendly access to alot of common shopping areas. I love the perk of valet trash. Management is very attentive help when needed. Matience is top tier they come fast and solve the issue with no problems and very nice . Overall this is a great place to live . 10/10 I recommend and the apartments are very luxurious need I say more

Elevators are always down and the place needs some fresh paint. Amenities are always closed for improvement. Although the community is nice they could do more to make these repairs happen faster and more seamlessly

Fantastic community with excellent staff. My only gripe is the lack of choice in internet providers; I'm confined to Verizon, bundled with channels I don't use. Despite paying $110, the internet speeds and connection don't live up to the expected quality.

Since my initial review, there have been a few changes - all of which have enhanced my experience living here. We are in a different building that is consistently quiet and peaceful. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are larger and provide even more comfortable living. Staff has changed, but is still professional, and responsive. Maintenance continues to impress: service requests are consistently executed in 24 hours or less, with work done quickly and thoroughly! We're approaching two years here at Azure, and we love it!

I lived at Azure Oxford Square for 3 years and loved every minute of it. The complex is close to Route 100 and I-95, shopping, discount mall, restaurants, etc. Everything I needed was within 10 minutes of the complex. What I liked most is the secure feeling I had in the community. I have gone for a walk a night and felt perfectly safe because the area is so well lit. The leasing team is good to work with and the maintenance team is very responsive. I truly enjoyed living at Azure Oxford.

I love the upkeep of the community. The areas are always clean and people are very welcoming. I love how the leasing office has been doing activities for residents. My issues are that some of the gym benches worn out. Some phone holders on the equipment haven’t been replaced in a while. I really don’t like how residents have to pay $300 to have friends come over in the lobby clubhouse. I was told that more than 7 people would be considered an event. I think that’s ridiculous and scammy. I also don’t like guests have to pay to come to the pool when no one uses the pool. Residents should be allowed free a few free guests. Finally I didn't like how when I moved in, and during my walkthrough w/ maintenance, I was told that some blemishes aren’t a big deal because the building had been here for 8 yrs. When I lived here previously I was charged $300 for scratches on the stove that could’ve been cleaned w/ baking soda. When I moved into this new unit what did I see? Scratches on the stove.

Overall the location is great. Multiple amenities have either never worked or haven't been fixed in a long time. The neighborhood is great to walk in.

Nice property but it could use some new paint in the common areas of the buildings. The elevator jammed on me last week but it eventually closed.

I love Azure Oxford Square. Recently they helped me find a less expensive unit and the move went very smoothly. The staff always responds to questions and maintenance requests promptly. I love living in an indoor building with an elevator too. I highly recommend living here!!

Azure is by far the best community I’ve ever lived in over the past 10 years.The staff in the office and the maintenance team are beyond the best I’ve ever encountered.

Overall apartment is nice and quiet. Not as well-taken care of when we first moved in 4 years ago, but still not bad (gym is not maintained as well, packages rarely get delivered to front door, less people clean up after themselves) The actual cleaning staff does an amazing job. The tenants are friendly, mgt a little less friendly. High stars for the trails, location and the apartment itself is well maintained.

The lack of communication is my biggest issue and why this loses a star. Nearly every event that happens is either communicated the day of or never communicated at all. It feels disorganized and I feel like a miss out on a lot of stuff! I would love it if we had clearer and more timely community wide communication.

Great community. I love the amenities in the main building. Staff super friendly especially our new maintenance team. My dog loves to see them even in passing.

Over all nice and quiet place. It just Need more people for maintenance. Carpet in the alley to the apartment need a regular cleaning. Friendly neighbors.

Living at Azure has been a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, the amenities are great, the community is beautiful. I’ve loved at other Bozzuto communities and rheyve been great but there’s something special about Azure. Love it here!

Just moved into my apartment 4 days ago and I love it! I have been having an amazing experience in Columbia/Hanover. There is a cute path outside right near the apartment that is great for running/walking.

Area is well kept and people are very friendly. The business center is very convenient. We love the gym. Apartment is spacious, has great natural light.

Nice community always quiet. I think the common areas like the halls need a little revamping (paint, carpet cleaning) but generally everything is nice here. Apartments are beautiful

At the beginning of July 2023 I moved from 7040 Southmoor Street to 7050 to save money on my monthly rent. The office staff was so helpful and made the process as easy as possible. I’ve lived at AOS since May of 2021 and have had no real complaints, just some minor issues that have been addressed quickly. I love it here!!

I love the area and the crime rate not high. The school system is good for all ages who are considering moving here due to education . It’s a wonderful place to live

Best apartment I have lived in so far. Leasing office is amazing, friendly and understanding. Clean and accessible amenities. Wish rent was a little lower but for a premium apartment like these it is worth it.

It’s such a great place to live and there’s a real sense of community here, I just wish residents would do a better job of cleaning up after their pets. However, the nice cleaning ladies always do their best to keep the property clean every morning,

I’ve had a pretty good experience here at azure Oxford square. Great staff, leasing office, and amenities. For 3 years I’m I had very minimal issues. I’d recommend this complex to any and everyone! Truly a great community to live in!
