Property Ratings at Azure on The Park
The leasing office managers do not answer emails once you move in. They are rude and continuously wrong with no apology. for 3 months my rent was never done correctly as they added a deposit each time. Packages go missing, no security, things are always broken! Our elevators are terrible. So is our gym. Looks good but a terrible place to live the company changed their name to try and rebrand. Look at SKyhouse the managers have both properties! yuck!
The price is higher compared to peers and pool accessibility has been limited. I?d want to see the sunrise beside the pool. Also, elevators here are funny
Parking can be annoying and the gate constantly has problems.
Maybe for a younger dating crowd, or for students on their parents expense. For us, it would be very convenient- but price was +25% to +30% of what competition within the next 3 streets are offering.
The property is well maintained and the staff are friendly and take care of issues quickly

i am very pleased with the facilities and the people who work and who live here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community near Piedmont Park.
Too much noise in area. 10th and Piedmont specifically. Plus, lots of forthcoming new construction very close by that will create difficult living conditions for an extended period of time.
I loved living at Azure; however, the rent increase was pretty absurd and did not equate the size of the apartment and the apartment amenities. It is quite literally cheaper to own a home in Midtown. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others, but not at its current value.
I am pleased by the property manager and the move in process, but the cost of rent is higher than the cost of living.
The environment drastically changed from an upscale feeling to a dormitory feeling in my last year there.
I love it here. Maintenance is always fast and super friendly.
Apartment and building is top-notch, but the neighborhood is moving downhill with all the crime.

Price was a little high and the first floor parking is pretty annoying but overall great apartment.
The apt location and amenities are excellent, but the level of maintenance is not up to par in some areas. They need to do a better job of cleaning carpets and picking up trash left by some uncaring and immature tenants. Some of the tenants can be very inconsiderate in how they use the common areas (pool, BBQ deck, trash rooms). Maybe some greater screening is needed.
Communication was non-existent before move-in and the leasing agency went back on their words multiple times during the whole process.

Azure on the Park has the most wonderful community "feel". It is kept clean and all issues are resolved quickly. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I love it here!

I would recommended this apartment to anyone looking in Midtown. Holt was amazing and very knowledgeable about Azure. Even after Holt has checked in and talked to me regarding rates. We were very thankful for him and look forward to looking at Azure again next month to hopefully sign.
Service and cleanliness is superb
Everyone from Holt to the folks at the concierge desk have been wonderful. I moved from out of state and the process could not have been easier.
Living at Azure has been a pleasure. So much thought was put into every detail of the apartment and building amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Azure on the Park is midtown living at it's best! The staff and maintenance are incredible and residents are friendly and welcoming. I have made many new friends at the Azure Bark Park!
The move in process was stressful but the location and views from the building are great.
I would recommend Azure because it has the best that Atlanta has to offer.
Noise is my biggest complaint. It's SO loud. However, I love so much about Azure. The proximity to the park, dog park onsite, Luxor packages system, 24 hour concierge, look/design of apartments, common areas, coffee!
Rent is too high for such small apartments and the parking situation

I liked the professional upscale vibe. The tenants we did see seemed low key which is what we like
Lisa was great. I chose this building over another because of her.
The office staff and maintenance team is always super nice, and eager to help. The community is very well kept and gorgeous all the time.
Pool was packed with people mostly drinking beer in uncovered cups. Not a pretty sight unless you are on frat row.
I deal with a lot of people coming to Atlanta all the time. I will def tell them about the Azure.
The location is amazing and the apartment is high end with quality throughout. It's the size and cost of the apartment is why I'm hesitant.

I would recommend this community because it's clean, safe, in the heart of midtown, and I love living here. However, I wish rent wasn't so high.
This level of service seems on par with a luxury rental community.
I'm not sure maintenance has that much impact on my likelihood to recommend Azure. I take it for granted considering it's a nicer apartment building.
Great staff. Great amenities and location. Strange comings and goings of suspect people. But overall very strong.
I like living here, it is a great location and a nice apartment! My main complaint is the price.
Generally, the apartment facilities and staff are great, but the co-tenants in the building are not great. Some have stuck-up attitudes about following the rules and have no common courtesy. Others are just oblivious to their surroundings and cause problems due to their apathy and self-cenetered lifestyles. Its not a cozy community in any sense. Just a bunch of folks who barely tolerate each other.
Updated Review It's been a couple of months since management changed hands. Things have gotten better. Not perfect, but much better. CONS (for prospective new residents): ? The 24/7 maintenance many not be what you expect. They aren't readily available 24/7. Depending on the time of day, they are off-site and it can take several hours sometimes to address a work emergency if it falls in the later hours. I just make this note so you don't have any false expectations on what the service is. ? Residents speed unnecessarily fast in the parking garage, which could be rectified by adding speed bumps into the parking garage. ? The concierge does not deliver packages to your door (food or deliverables), which is something the last staff did. ? The Starbucks bar isn't superbly well maintained. Paper cups, heatguard sleeves, and cup tops run out relatively quickly. PROS ? The management has come into a sort of groove. ? There are regular 'events' with food and knick knacks for the residents. ? The staff and maintenance team are nice and accommodating. ? The amenities are great to have (i.e. the Starbucks bar, grill areas, bocce ball court, workout areas, etc). ? The location is great for residents looking to get healthy, with plenty within walking distance (i.e. Piedmont Park, the Belt Line, Ponce City Market, Krog Street, etc). ? There is a pet grooming area and little areas to mingle with your pup (aside from all of the walking areas). ? There is a dry cleaning service within the building. ? Downstairs is a great Pita restaurant as part of the building in case you ever need a quick and good lunch / dinner. In terms of whether or not you should live, I'd say it's worth investing in. While not perfect, there have been strides in the right direction with the management. My notes to the management for improvement are some more proactive maintenance on the small stuff: ? Starbucks bar ? Doorstep package delivery ? Speedbumps for the garage If those are addressed, then I could see this place being THE place to rent.
I am going on my third year living in this building. I originally loved Azure on the Park. It wasn’t 100% perfect, but overall we were very happy to call it home. However, the new management company, Lincoln Property, took over a few months ago, and everything went south after that. This new management company is the absolute worst at communication to the tenets of the building (I wont go into detail because it would just be ranting), and the front office staff cops an attitude over the smallest requests. I am friends with a lot of my neighbors and everyone feels the same way. Azure is about to lose a large lump some of their longtime residents because of their terrible customer service. After this lease, we will be moving out of this building. Its unfortunate because it’s the best location, but not worth the premium you pay in rent, to be treated like garbage by the management company. Lincoln Property management, you have ruined the place our family have called ‘home’ for three years.
Overall is really amazing. It's hard though to keep up that "amazing" reputation if the staff stops caring or things get cheap.
