Fairly common living. Don’t live the aggressive dogs in my building. Have had 3 close calls with one in particular. My dog is 14 and deaf and nearly blind so I don’t like having rudely aggressive dogs run at us! And some of the younger residents are quite loud. But a nice place over all

The complex is extremely well maintained and staff are very attentive and supportive. We have requested Maintenance on two occasions and both times they arrived and resolved our issues quickly. We looked at a number of other complexes and are very happy with our choice of Azul.

I have been in the building since it had opened and love my experience. The property is always well cleaned and looks brand new even after 2 years. I work from home and is a nice quiet community. I use the amenities as office spaces and like the events. The team are great to work with. Its a great place to live.

I have been blown away by the staff and service here at Azul North Park. I moved across the country late last year, knowing no one, and Victor (leasing agent) and the maintenance staff have been extremely kind, engaging, and helpful. We are very happy here at Azul. The apartment has a good layout, and the appliances and finishes are nice. The management is responsive, and the property is very well maintained. I am surprised at how well insulated the unit is. We have had an overall good experience here.

Azul is a great place to live. Its safe,cleab, and has private secure parking. And elevators that lock at night. The management team is awesome the more I get to know them I feel like they truly do care. The rent is a-lot but the going rate unfortunately. I love my little space and if my upstairs neighbor would quiet down a bit I would be even happier! The location is fantastic and our cleaning crew is top notch! I think we have the cleanest building! So thank you AZUL!

I just moved to San Diego. And I knew I wanted to live in a live-work building. I picked living in Azul because it feels like I’m not in an apartment building. Resort vibes with all of the amenities it has to offer. The gym is so nice and clean. The staff members are so fun. We have tenant appreciation night once a month. So cool! definitely recommend.

As a long time resident of San Diego Azul is one of the nicest apartments/houses I have rented. So much to offer. Everyone is nice and the place is kept so clean. Im proud to say I live at Azul North Park. The sunset deck is amazing! And the amenities are incredible. The apartments are so spacious and have everything you need to live comfortably. Azul is beautiful, in a great location, with superb floorplans, and great amenities. The lighting, flooring, and appliances are the best I’ve had in any apartment, comparable to high-end condo rentals.
