Property Ratings at Azul Apartments
Gave them $100 holding deposit while I did my background and credit check. Was approved but didn’t fill out the application. Decided not to get the apartment. Went into the office to get my deposit back and they said they wouldn’t give it to me even though I had my money order receipt and 2 forms of ID. They knew they were stealing it to because they didn’t take me serious at all. I want my money back
The apartments look nothing like the pictures. There is no parking. The ladies at the front are extremely rude and unprofessional.

moved out, has roaches, and pools stay closed(dirty), loud music, trash is everywhere
excellent apartment complex, I would recommend it to anyone.
Not the best place to rest or relax. too many kids running around unsupervised. people play music and party every weekend; starting on thursday night. security doesnt come onsite until after 9pm. cops dont do anything if you complain about music or noise. parking is the best part there is a lot of it. problem with parking is that the spots are not assigned at all. i hate to be one of those people that writes a review after only living here a while but ive been here almost 8 months and im not satisfied or happy. the rent is decent and thats the only reason why we considered moving here in the first place. do your research before you choose a place to live and maybe swing by on a weekend night to check it out.
