Azul Apartments

Im really beating myself up about living here, but after I witnessed a behavior from the property manager, I am truly disturbed. After speaking to a few tenants last night we are all dealing with the same things and we have had enough of the property manager and how she "manages" this place. She does not treat people with respect especially If you do not speak Spanish. The property is filthy , the new younger tenants she has allowed to move in have ran this place down and she does nothing about it. Most of the one bedroom apartments have 4-5 people living in them. It's not rocket science that this property is receiving government funding so they don't care who they let in, they are just trying to fill it to capacity and they are not properly screening who they let in.. Elevators are disgusting, hallways haven't been mopped in months, back hallways are pretty filthy as well and has a permanent pee stain, loud music that plays into the middle of the night. Used condoms wrappings in the back area and over by the pool area. Tenants lounging in the hallways(like laying down on the ground) using the hallways electricity. Tenants throwing their trash over the balconies , another broken BBQ grill, a jacuzzi that doesn't work. I wish I had done my research about this place before moving here, but after talking to several other tenants and reading all the reviews from other online sources, I now know that coming here was one of the worst decisions made

I called requesting availability. They asked how much I made a month, and then if I had any pets. I told them I had an ESA. She then told me that there was no availability... except that I was looking at their website at the same time and they had 3 units that were "AVAILABLE NOW!!!".

You can hear other neighbor's showering every time, I live by the street l, the window is so cheaply made can hear everything from outside.. car, mortocycle, truck passing, garbage pick up... when its windy the trash window hammering so much. I put ear plug all the time before bed but still I can hear and have very bad sleep issues. Other than that living here is fine

Unfortunately, the administration is very bad, I agreed with him on a certain price, and upon signing the contract I found another price

I have been living here for 6 months now and I have enjoyed it very much. I have moved over 20 times in my life so I have experienced many different locations. Azul Apartments has been one of the most pleasant living experiences thus far. I am moving soon to be closer to my family and I will surely miss this place. The staff: property manager and maintenance are extremely kind and helpful. All in all, there were no problems while living here and I highly recommend Azul Apartments to anyone interested.

After visiting my cousin at Azul I instantly fell in love with the apartments and knew right away I had to move there. First and foremost the staff is excellent. The landlord Maria is super nice friendly and welcoming. The maintenance guy Tony is amazing! Whenever I have any issues it is always solved immediately. I live in a one bedroom apartment that has big space.. the kitchen is beautiful, the apartment itself is super modern and up to date. The price itself is great considering most apartments around the area are about the same price but are super outdated. I would highly recommend anyone this apartment if you are looking for great management and a positive atmosphere!

In a wonderful city where many beautiful apartments are found, this apartment stands out! The superior design and wonderful amenities including pools,spas and playgrounds provide a place for all. This building is tucked away in lush green gardens with plenty of open space for you. Coming home will always feel like a wonderful getaway!
