I have been living here about 3 years. I have never had a problem with the management but I have seen things dramatically improve over the last year or so. 1) Danger broken slide at playground removed, other areas cleaned up, fresh painted pool area. 2) Pest control weekly upon request (Seems to be working better now too no more issue in my place) 3) Work orders handled promptly (I used to have to request more than once sometimes, Now it is done within 2 days ) 4) Garbage, The garbage was out of control especially on the weekends, I can actually take my garbage out on Saturday now. 5) Staff wiliness and friendliness. Like i said no issues before but it I feel like the staff is more willing to help now with issues. 6) Laundry- they fixed the machines and fix them promptly when they break. It is obvious to me that the most recent manager has experience in Keeping things running smooth, clean and safe. Great Job to the management team. Only complaint now is the tiny parking spaces.

Infested with roaches, very tight parking, people loitering and smoking infront of their apartments. Management is very nice but does not enforce rules. Cars are broken into often and children run amok through the place.

This place is infested with roaches. I moved here 1 year ago. and boy was i fooled. very loud lots of traffic and 1 month later i started seeing roaches. all coming from the other units around me. New management took over and is going up on the rent but this place still has a roach problem. needs to be tented.

Apartments are old and full of roaches !!! Also people take their dogs out without leash, 3 days ago, a German Shepard attack my moms dog and its owners didn't care. It's loud very late at night and people smokes next to your door or window. Polices shows up at least every week and there's always a smell of marijuana. Probably they sell some there too. Management changes every year and bunch of changes happen, as well as charges for things we had already been charged for. Don't live here! Specially if you have kids!!!

I was looking forward to renting an apartment in such a central location; however, after a day time visit I decided to keep looking. The management team is friendly and helpful and I have no issues with them. The complex is older and has some of the maintained problems older complexes will have. They only have wall heaters and swamp coolers. On hot days the front facing coolers drip on the walk ways and cause the area to smell. The complex was dimly lit during the day and there are apartments that face dark covered walkways. There is a lot of noise with people in their apartments with front doors open, several groups of men loitering in front of the complex and kids running around the complex driveway. It seems to be a regular thing to have people yell up from the parking to upstairs apartments. There is liter in the green belts and residents have all sorts of items scattered around the walkways outside their doors. At night I can see this as being a safety issue as the walkways are narrow. As I passed the windows I noticed more than a couple having a large collection of flies on the window and sills. Over all the impression was of a complex where the rules aren’t enforced and common curtesy among the residents was lacking, and as a single woman it didn’t fill me with confidence that it would be a safe complex. With a major clean up and higher expectations of the residents the complex has a potential to be a charming vintage style apartments.
