Living at Ayla has been a great experience! The management staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and frequent events help build a sense of community!

Love the community and the amenities in the building. It's a great place to live and is in such a great area! Really loving my apartment and everything that comes with it!

Ayla has been my home for almost three years. Overall it’s been a great place to live. The biggest room for improvement would be the rent cost. Offering affordable housing or just reducing the rent overall would make my review a 5 star. The staff is friendly, the maintenance staff is incredible, and most of my neighbors are friendly.

I love living here! The pool is super fun in the summer and the location is unbeatable! I also love that I can walk everywhere it is super convenient

Been here for 6 months so far and it's been great! Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Amenities are great and the location is the best on the beltine!

Great location and nice apartments / amenities. The apartment itself is not well ran however. Doors are sometimes locked or not working when they shouldn't be. Sometimes the garage gate is not working properly or the elevators are out which is inconvenient. The layout is also a little unique with the elevators being in the garage. Overall though I did like my experience here and you cant beat the location.

The location is great for pedestrian purposes (beltline access is awesome) but the parking garage and driving in the area has turned into a nightmare for the residents due to guest parking (and booting) being a source of income for the building. The noise is pretty loud from the beltline and you can hear a lot of noise throughout the hallway. The floor plans are nice.

The apartment is spacious with bluetooth technology which is so convenient. The amenities and other offerings are great. The property location is perfect.

Amazing! It was a great tour! They were great and made me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to move in here and make this new my new home!!! Love it!

Almost 10 months into living here and I truly love it. The community, the staff, the location, and the events are all so amazing. Eric and Tierra made me feel at home when I first got here and I’ll always appreciate them for that. Also, the events Ayla throws are top tier! It’s a great way to make friends in the building and they are so fun! We’ve made candles, had a saxophone player, and even a hilarious comedy night.

Great staff, they are very helpful and knowledgeable! We had technical issues and they solved them quickly and made sure it was a least stressful as possible!

I really enjoy living at Ayla!! The amenities are a favorite amongst my friends - we love going to the pool and the roof on a nice summer day

Great place to live! Amazing staff! and the ultimate gateway with the Atlanta Belt-line near by. There are several places you could go but Ayla has the only saltwater pool adjacent to several restaurants and bars.

Great amenities and a great community; walkable to a lot of great locations. The gym is great and the rooftop lounge is a great place to watch the sunset and hang out. I enjoy it!

Ayla is the place to BE! I have been here for over 5 years, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! The staff is amazing, from the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. They treat every issue (which are few and far between) as their own and if it needs to be fixed, it is fixed almost immediately. The events the complex puts on aren't your typical fluff resident events, they are actually things that are interesting and fun to do! I can't recommend Ayla more!

I’ve lived at Ayla for over 3 years, the location is the biggest reason why I’ve stayed. It’s starting to quickly lose value for the quality that you get for the price you’re paying, but it’s a good option on the beltline if you can get the right rate!

Everything has been great - some of the exterior fob doors don’t automatically shut easy and will stay partially open if not pulled shut, which hasn’t been ideal security wise.

Been here a month now. Move in Process was great and it is in a great location! Highly Recommend! Fun staff and they really go out of their way to make you feel at home and assist with anything you need!

Ayla offers a fantastic experience with friendly, helpful staff and the best location possible. Everything is within reach! The only downside is a nearby bar that gets extremely loud in spring and summer, which can be disruptive. Still, highly recommended!

Everything is great, windows don’t keep out a lot of noise from the beltline it seems but that’s my only negative and wouldn’t effect you if you’re not facing that side

I love living at Ayla! It’s very safe and walkable to restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment gym and pool is kept clean. Maintenance is so sweet and on top of requests.

AYLA is such a great community to live in! Right in the heart of the Beltline surrounded by people, restaurants and bustling life! The apartments are well maintained. There’s a gorgeous pool and pretty well stocked gym to boot. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance crew is responsive and kind.

We have had a wonderful time living at Ayla. The location is great, living right off the beltline in close proximity to so many bars and restaurants. The amenities are all quite nice and we get a lot of use out of them. The staff is very attentive and caring and we’ve had no issues while staying here.

So far I have loved loving here - the management and maintenance teams are incredible, kind, and so helpful! Also I was nervous about the fetch aspect, but it has exceeded my expectations.

Apartment itself is great and the maintenance staff is awesome but the people in the leasing/management office are all incredibly incompetent.

The staff has been super helpful with any needs I have had. All residents are very respectful while in any common areas. Amenities are well-kept and easy to access.

Building is great! Ladies in the leasing office are very helpful. Moving in was very easy. Maintenance is quick to respond to concerns. Dog friendly.

I immediately fell in love when I toured Ayla. Shout out to Daniellea for working with me for a few weeks to find the best unit for me!! So excited to move in soon.

Have been here since Memorial Day weekend: The staff is top notch ! Friendly and attentive to any needs that have arisen. Both front office and maintenance. Location cannot be beat , of course. Garage and building feel secure with the many access points needing fobs or codes. Amenities are clean and well kept . Noise is minimal. I have only heard the next door neighbors once for short time and they were clearly having multiple guests so made complete sense . Feels like a building full of responsible professionals. Extremely happy with my almost blind choice as I moved here relatively quickly for work not knowing much about this city .

We had a great time in Ayla for 3 years but the fact that they don't help us receive the deposit is awful. We really feel like they don't care about us now that we left and won't help us cash the check despite our requests for help... it doesn't seems hard to transfer the money instead of mailing a check that we cannot even receive...

I absolutely LOVE living in Krog Street. The leasing agents, Daniella and Sage are GEMS to work with. Heck, they even helped me MOVE in and brought my clothes and gave me a wheelbarrow. The property is spectacular. It's safe inside. There's no riff raff. I love living on the beltline. amenities are top knotch. it;'s clean. people are clean who live here. In fact, I am moving out of one unit due to a personal matter and into another unit HERE at AYLA. I can't imagine living anywhere else :). Do yourself a favor and move in. I'll quell any nerves you may have. Sincerely S

The community at Ayla is so welcoming. Everyone on staff is friendly and quick to answer any and all questions. I truly enjoy calling this home, knowing I have a diligent staff working to make Ayla its very best!

I've enjoyed my time here so far! I've been here for about a month and have no issues. The team is very friendly and responsive, which was a high priority for me. The beltline is right outside of the door, so I've been able to live the most active life I've had since living in Atlanta for the last 7 years. The energy of this place, the environment and neighborhood is refreshing!

When I toured here, I told Antonio it was important to me to find a place that enforced a mask policy in the fitness center because I'm high-risk. He went on about how masks are required and so strictly enforced that they'll shut the fitness center down of the rule is not observed. That was a lie to get me in. they don’t care. Every time I’m here it’s all people with no masks. I called and Danielle, the assistant manager who thinks way more highly of herself than she aught and lets you know that, just beat around the bush and refused to address it. She said she has to “review their policies” as if they don’t know and didn’t explicitly say it was enforced. This is what they do every time I address it and they don’t care. Every other Greystar property enforces mask mandates and capacity rules. Ayla doesn’t care about anything. Even the employees don’t wear masks most of the time. Not to mention they will sit in their office and not answer the phone unless you call until they get annoyed, even when the exit to the garage isn’t opening and there’s a line of cars trying to get out because they’re now late for work (this happens a LOT). I have never seen worse management in my life. Avoid at all costs. Update: one week later. This time the fitness center is PACKED and not one mask. Ayla, of course, doesn’t care at all.

Ayla is a great property for location and price. Its a beautiful neighborhood and the leasing agents, management, and maintenance are all top notch.

Great staff from top to bottom. Wonderful communication and professional. Constantly striving to improve the apartment building and offering great community events for residents.
