The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. Thanks to the help of the manager she was great to work with. The apartment is exactly what I wanted and has been a very nice home to me

It's been great at times. I would recommend this place on short-term basis. I love for you to tell me what you think. There are some areas that to be improved such as more lighting around the place. Parking can be terrible sometimes.

Melissa was very professional and helpful during the process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. It also was very easy to talk to her about anything and she made sure if there was anything else I needed to make a smooth transition. She made the process a snap!

The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. It’s a quiet community. The grounds are well kept, trash areas cleaned up very regularly, and it seems everyone actually abides the no smoking policy (I’ve lived in other places where they had a no smoking policy, but did little or nothing to enforce it, so I was very pleased to find it’s actually followed here). The only downside is the condition of the apartments. I had to do a ton of cleaning and 10 maintenance requests at move-in. My windows are old and one doesn’t stay open which is challenging with a swamp cooler. I have cabinet doors that don’t work well, a towel bar that keeps falling due to wall damage, there is old water damage under my bathroom counter making the cabinet storage space very difficult to use (the bottom is severely bowed/not flat), and I had to cover the wood floor of my balcony because the wood is in such bad shape. The hard surface flooring is cheap and dinged with a crunching sound stepping in many places.

My experience living here is great! The community is nice and well taken care of care of, but what really makes a difference is Diana, the manager and the office staff and maintenance supervisor

Apartments are great, and the staff is very helpful. I am having trouble with my application because the system is taking a long time to process, but I have called so many times and the staff has been extremely helpful and kind.

We toured the complex and it’s beautiful, it seems peaceful as well! Patricia has made this process for me very easy, she is very helpful and we are very excited to move into Aydan

Living here has been really great. I've been a resident for over three years, and I would like to stay for the next six months. The maintenance is excellent, but the parking situation is quite terrible, which is my only complaint.

I've lived here going on 2yrs. Great staff, clean apartments, awesome pool, landscape is always clean. It's also very quiet. Staff is always so sweet to my daughter and I.

I remember bailing water for an hour waiting for maintenance on a Saturday when a pipe broke. Seems like the dumpster is overflowing every week. The staff is nice.

For most part been happy with maintnance and amenities, Also they follow up on work orders promptly. Very respectful and helpful. Front office has also been helpful

Great community! Living close to coors and can hear cars sometimes on the road racing. Parking can use some work because sometime if you come home late there is no parking. Enjoy the amenities as they are being redone and bringing us the new gym as well

Great office staff, helpful and thorough. Explained everything and made move in quick. Will recommend to others as not many apartments care about their residents like they do.

It’s a good area to live in. Apartments are good and grass is well kept. Parking can be a nightmare at times and I wish we had AC options instead of swamp coolers.

The parking spaces are too small. Seems like I am always putting in maintenance requests. Dumpster is overflowing every weekend. At least the staff is friendly. Most of the people who live here seem to be friendly.

It has got better with new managers. Maintenance is great. Community is great appreciation is there. Nice apartment wish there were more amenities

Los apartamentos Aydan son viejos y necesitan una remodelación completa. La zonas comunes no están cuidadas y no hay zonas verdes ni jardines. No existe ningún espacio de juego para niños y la seguridad de los apartamentos es nula ya que no tienen una puerta de acceso, es decir, cualquier persona puede entrar a la urbanización.

Patricia is really awesome! We recently moved into the apartment complex, she helped us with the whole process and he she was patient with us. The complex itself is very clean and the mountain view is amazing in the evenings! Very nice clean apartment, recently remodeled!

Living here has been fantastic. The people here are kind and quiet. The staff is always very very helpful. When I needed maintenance help, someone was here within the day.

Enjoy the apartment, and the view. I like the angle it located at. The Manager is nice along with her associates. I got to meet some people around the apartment complex.

The management team at Aydan is emphatic and extremely responsive. Maintenance is extremely efficient and kind! I love how quiet and cozy it feels here. I enjoy how dog friendly the community is too! I love seeing everyone with their happy dogs!

Everything is very kept up and clean around the whole complex. Office staff is nice and very helpful and i love the little parties they do for everyone on holidays! Maintenance comes pretty fast but sometimes things are “fixed” but still kinda aren’t? But most things are done efficiently by them. Noise is very quiet. Parking is a little annoying sometimes just because the spaces are a bit tight and they get taken up by evening time sometimes. Other than that, everything is amazing :)

Been a decent place to live the area is cleaned up and they stay up in making it nice during summer it was nice to go to the pool and short walks around the area

Great community! Staff is amazing and the apartments are beautiful and clean! They have more of a home feel than an apartment feel. I absolutely love it here!

Good neighborhood. Staff are helpful and friendly. Maintenance fixes issues pretty quickly- a few days at most between making the order and appliance repair.

Overall quiet, clean, responsive community. Neighbors are friendly and it seems to be safe! Would definitely recommend

I enjoy living here. I feel safe in my home which is extremely important. I also really like having a washer and dryer in the apartment. That is a big plus for me!

It was a great location and the view from my apartment was amazing. However, I was married in July and moved to Santa Fe. I moved in when the apartments were known as Sombre del Oso. Enjoyed my time there for 10 years, the staff,in the office or on the grounds, were always gracious. Thank you all.

Love the area and neighborhood. early mornings seeing the hot air balloons take flight is amazing! The landscape is well taken care of and the front office staff is great!

I Love It here so quiet and no issues with neighbors or non-neighbors. The children here are not loud or crazy like other complexes. We couldn't have chose a better place to call home

Aydan apartments has given me an extremely negative resident experience and I have only been in the community for 1 month. Maintenance staff is under the influence and extremely unprofessional. Wait times for open tickets takes weeks. Leasing agents were unclear in communication and lack urgency or connection to on going issues. No follow is provided by management, leasing agents or maintenance.

Nice apartments. Swamp cooler is nosey inside. Maintenance is great. Good response with work orders, employees are very friendly. Nice area

The apartment overall is nice , maintenance usually takes a while to get things fixed I had to reach out multiple times before because what I called to get fixed just got stared and left it until I reached back out saying when is this going to get fixed , another issue I been having is I got told I’m not the only resident waiting to try and order a key to the gym and pool. I been waiting for over 2 weeks and they keep telling me it’s not up to them that they can just call and make more due to budgeting when they are charging us $50 to get a new one. It’s not the best but it could be worst. I guess right ? No insect problems or theft which is a solid win.

So far, so good. I'm enjoying the beautiful scenery from a top floor. It feels like a luxury to have such an amazing view. Office staff has been very helpful since day one. Very satisfied overall!

Theoughout my first month living here there are no complaints! Neighbors cannot be heard through the thick walls and the leasing office was extremely helpful! Rent is on the good side and the apartment is everything I prayed for! I would recommend this apartment to everyone I know!

Great and quite place, property is always clean and staff is friendly! Pools temperature is awesome and the exercise room is great. Over all it's a nice place.

I had three maintenance requests. I had been meaning to address a few small things around the apartment since moving in. I submitted the requests on the portal one evening and the maintenance team at Aydan completed them all in a single day! I was super grateful and surprised to see it all happen so swiftly.

Too expensive many of apartments like mine are old and in serious need or remodeling.

If your having a hard time like I did my hours got cut badly good luck because they will not work with you at all this is the only place that I have live there for a short time that they won't even try to work with you

I wasnt showed the apartment that I would be moving in to when me and my pregnant wife took when we first moved in, when we did our apartment was not in the shape we expected it to be. The drawers were broken, the kitchen sink was loose, the microwave still doesnt heat up, the washer and dryer were both full of hair and black and green residue from previous tenants, multiple wall outlets have sparked across our home when trying to plug anything in. And then the tub has mold growing in the cracks where they keep painting over it with a specialised cheap coating that breaks in three months and in order to get it fixed we have to be out of our house all day. And we have a newborn baby. On top of that it took a very long time to get our swamp cooler fixed. It still isnt. My apartment gets up to 95 degrees. Even at night. It doesnt blow cold air.

My experience with Aydan was rocky at first, but that may be my own flaw of high expectations when you pay so much for rent and amenities. I had moved here from out of state and did not see the apartment before I moved in. There were some small issues upon move in, but management was very quick to fix anything I came across. They have been easy to work with and the staff are very helpful.

My commute time to work and back is good if the roads are not icy early in the morning. This apartment complex is geared towards people that love their pets like dogs and cats, also to college students to share rent and mainly younger generations with family and pets.
