The sunny and tree-filled city of Davis is probably most famous for being a college town -- this is, of course, the location of the University of California, Davis. This artistic city is filled with public art and murals -- it is also filled with bicycles. Biking is big here -- it is considered a platinum-level city for bicycling by Bicycling Magazine, it is home to a multitude of bike lanes and bike paths, and it is even home to the Bicycling Hall of Fame.
Davis apartments aren't just popular with UC Davis students. This beautiful city features several parks, a farmers market, and several festivals and events, making it a terrific option -- especially for those commuting into nearby Sacramento, which is just 11 miles east of Davis. The city of Davis celebrated its centennial in 2017 -- be sure to take the walking tour of this historic city after moving to Davis.

I love the apartment complex, the amenities are awesome and the floor plan is great. The people are a little reserved, so community is a little harder to find, but overall the comfort is great.

Great facility with very responsive and helpful staff. Amenities are great, including a gym, pool, and gathering area. Apartments are up to date with technology, i.e. new appliances and electronic locks.

Axis at Davis is a good apartments. It’s newly built and the amenities are pretty good too with good gym and swimming pool. You get fully furnished apartments with good appliances and washer dryer for your laundry.

very clean space, being the first ones in the apartment it is very cool. I like the pool, only downside is the occasional bugs but that's first floor living!

Axis is very clean and modern. The amenities are so nice and large, they feel like the kind you’d see at a resort or a hotel. The only issue is that it’s extremely new, so any system errors are new to the staff as well. Although they resolved everything fairly quickly and efficiently.

Moving in was a very easy experience and the people here were very helpful with any questions we had. I would also sometimes call with any questions I had and was pleasantly surprised when I realized that they answered my call even past 6. I checked the customer service hours and surprisingly they answer until 7 pm which is great for me as sometimes I am unable to make calls earlier because of my schedule.

Some repairs need to be done plus I did not get a move in form when I moved in. Hopefully the repairs will be addressed in a timely manner.

Signing up for this apartment was pretty simple. Lots of amenities and brand new facility was definitely a plus. I can't wait to move into my new apartment

The apartment is clean and provides us with the needed utilities throughout the day. This location is in a mile or two radius from every building that is needed: grocery, shopping, and gym.
