I lived here back in 2018 and let me just say management was terrible. I kept getting random unexplained charges on my door throughout the time I lived there. One time I went to the office to get an explanation for the bill and the manager cut me off mid sentence and told me to "shutup". I am a very respectful person and was extremely shocked at this managers behavior so I decided to move out. She told me the easiest way to leave early would be to "get evicted" I did not listen because I already knew that was a set up for failure. My best advice would be to not rent here. they give you one price and you'll end up paying a bunch more, management is terrible and parking is a complete disaster.
We are moving we did the movie out notification, they never give right information, now they are charging a rent forcing us to have to stay another month, needlessly, the service is very bad .
The people in the office are clueless and rude to their tenants. The ladies working in the office bring their children’s by the front desk and let them run around. Please hire professional people. Im in shock on how much happens here that is being swept under the rug. Please look into the staff running the office.
No parking, garbage is always full 1 compactor for the whole apartment. If you live in the corner of the apartment its like a 6 minute walk so you have to drive your garbage lol. I moved out and they said they would email me if we owe anything and they never did. So instead they sent out an bill 1 month later and sent it to collection same day. Garbage apartment staff is sad. also randomly close office with less than 24 hour notice
The rent looks affordable, but you cant make much money to live here and whenever i call i get no answer during business hours. So im giving it 3 stars for the lack of communication.
We put a deposit down on an apartment and they switched the apartment we chose and then rented the apartment to someone else that we are re-assigned to and then told us that we could not move in till the end of June now. They keep pushing our move in date so that we keep having to pay month to month at our current place. All of this without contacting us and in a matter of 2 days. Now that I want my deposit back I cant get ahold of them. I have called 4 times left messages and no call back. Beware if you want to move in here, don't let their low rent fool you!
