Avondale Apartments

I have lived at Avondale for 4 years and have seen a great change in the complex. In the beginning there were problematic neighbors but under new management everything has become so much better thanks to the new manager Tony. The complex is peaceful, Thank you to all the neighbors as well for watching over each other. If you want to live in a place where you can feel safe, then this is the place for you!

I loved living here. I still miss it. Wish I could afford to move back.

When my husband and I relocated from Palm Springs to Sacramento we searched online for many different apartments. After an extensive online search, we discovered the Avondale apartment community. We worked with the leasing manager, Tony, to secure our unit. We rented our apartment sight unseen and are very pleased with the outcome. The apartment was just as described, thoroughly cleaned and ready to move in. The grounds of the complex are maintained beautifully. Tony is extremely proficient in working with all of us residence to provide a safe and secure environment which we all call home. We would recommend Avondale Apartments to anyone looking to rent a great place, in a great location!

We lived at Avondale apartments for almost 2 years, and the only reason we are leaving is because we are finally moving into our first home! We will miss living here. It was peaceful and beautiful. Tony (the property manager) was the kindest. Him and his daughter Marisa rescued our dogs when they escaped from our patio, and were even sweet enough to send us pictures of their awesome stay after they returned them to us lol We also appreciated his regular updated whether they were issues/concerns or to announce the Pet of the Week. He truly cares about this place! Avondale apartments felt like home, and we will always cherish the memories we had here. We highly recommend Avondale!

I have lived at Avondale for several years and love calling it my home. The grounds are beautiful, and I love all the trees. It's very calming after a long day at work. Tony the property manager is amazing! Always friendly and ready to talk about how my day was. I really feel like he cares about all us residents. Tony has put together fun community events that I always enjoy and look forward to. The Halloween decorating contest is really fun. I love his pet of the week postings! It has helped us all get to know each other even more. This is a great place to live. I feel lucky. Thanks Tony!

Great place to live, nice property with great amenities! Avondale has an awesome manager, easy to talk to and gets the job done! We love Tony’s commitment to the community in keeping it safe and clean for all of us!

I love it here at Avondale! I’ve been here 4 years and have had an awesome experience. My unit is beautiful and Management is awesome! Tony communicates well, cares about the property and the tenants, and speaks with a smile on his face each time you encounter him. I absolutely love it here and am proud to call Avondale my home.

We love it here at Avondale! We will stay until we buy a house. That does not seem to be any time soon. But we’re happy where we are. It’s a beautiful property and management and maintenance are very good!

Love living at the Avondale. Nice gated, clean, safe, quite community. Kelly, the manager, is always so helpful (even with silly little things). I have lived here for 3 years and its a great place to come home to.
