Avon Park Apartments and Townhomes in Flint, MI offers spacious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom townhouses for rent with private entrances, one car attached garage and washer and dryer hook-ups for all rentals. Our 2 or 3 bedroom apartments have 1, 1 1/2 or 2 baths. The 3 bedroom townhouses have three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath down stairs. All rental homes have patios or balconies. Each apt or townhome comes with kitchen appliances, including a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, generous cabinetry and counter space. Our apts. and townhomes are cable TV ready, individual heating, air conditioning and hot water units, triple pane glass and carpet/vinyl throughout. Mini blinds are provided for all windows, allowing you the option of adding valances or draperies of your own choosing. Hi-speed internet is available. Water is included in your rent. Each garage includes a garage door opener and is oversized to allow for storage in the garage. For our family residents with children, we have a fenced in outdoor play-scape. Avon Park was designed as a neighborhood. Each building has 8 apartments, which is more conducive to getting to know your neighbors and feeling a part of the community. The layout of the buildings provides for many “green areas", creating a park like setting. With your professional lifestyle and active recreational needs in mind, we have created the perfect setting. Avon Park Apts. and Townhouses is an innovative, planned rental community set within walking distance of parks, restaurants, entertainment and public transit. We are set within Flint's beautiful Cultural Center which includes Whiting Auditorium, Robert T. Longway Planetarium, the Sloan Museum and the Flint Institute of Arts. We are part of the Flint Community School District. We are also very close to the University of Michigan-Flint Campus, Flint Public Library and Mott Community College.

Located along the Flint River about an hour northwest of Downtown Detroit, Flint is the largest city in Genesee County. As a college town, it is home to the University of Michigan-Flint, Kettering University, and Mott Community College. Flint provides easy access to the entire region, with I-475 and I-69 passing through the area. Bishop International Airport is located on the southeast side of the city.
