In spite of some issues, we love it here. The residents are very caring and enjoyable. Our time here has been a pleasure. While there are some minor issues with the apartment, it is very comfortable and we love it. Management and maintenance have been responsive to us. I would be open to recommending it to friends.

I love living here because the community is friendly and the staff is here to serve us. What more does a senior need? We have many places here to meet, play cards, watch movies in our Movie Room, or read a book, or swim. And if you like to exercise they have a room for this too. Oh, and times to dance as well!

Have lived at Aviva at FortWorth for a year and have enjoyed everything about it. To start, the facility is kept clean and the upgrade is beautiful and so enjoyable to live in. Plenty of activities and all the staff and residents are very friendly. Environment is safe and homy.

Recently, I’ve been hearing residents grumbling about management, but as a resident here I disagree. They're nothing but professional and responsive to any request I’ve had. The property is well kept and they are constantly doing upgrades to make this a warm and enjoyable community. But other residents are upset because the employee restrooms in the building that were previously unlocked now have to be locked so residents may not enter. The reason for that is some residents have gone in & left unsanitary messes and didn't even try to clean up after themselves! One caused the toilet to overflow ruining the brand new carpeting that had been installed on that floor. We have bathrooms in our apartments so they have no right to complain about not being able to use employee bathrooms!

Warning about management making pretty touch ups in order to raise the rents to an unsustainable level. Many people moved out when rents went up this past year. Hard to keep residents. They advertise a SENIOR apartment, yet raise rents as if we were still wage earners. They have a disconnect between what they say and what they do. We are not typical apartment dwellers.

I’ve been a resident of this facility for nearly ten years. I’ve loved my apartment and my neighbors. It is a lovely community; the location is great! Currently the building is in transition, maintenance AND management. I’m anxious for the transition period to be over.
