It would be nice if the kids could stay out of walk areas while on their bikes and scooters. Please remind parents to tell their kids to be mindful of cars. I was stopped and a kid almost ran into me with his bike, REALLY!!

Living in Avino would be the best and most beneficial place for our family's diverse needs. For example, there are the best high schools and middle schools nearby. Also, it is close to RiteAid and TraderJoe's, and 56 expressway is nearby, so commuting is very easy.

Avino is too expensive for what type of service and living conditions. My apartment was dirty on move in, I have stained counters, beat up appliances, and the management is a joke.

We returned to AVINO because Management is responsive and friendly. Maintenance is excellent and overall living is enjoyable. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. it is a pleasant place to live.

This is the first time I have experienced such an untidy condition when moving into an apartment. The apartment's unilateral delay in moving in, no apology for it, poor cleaning condition, and insufficient repair before moving in left only disappointment for Avino.

The worst community with little attention to the needs of the residents. Cheap homes made to look good. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the common area. New Management company has not done much for the community.

Many of us live at Avino for specific life and family milestones. The property is beautiful with a lot of potential to be an upscale property, but unfortunately the constant staff turnover has created chaotic management and lots of unmanageable accumulated problems.

Speed bumps - they are too high, poorly constructed, damage your car. Driveways are too short - too many large vehicles stick way out into the street. I am surprised there are not more accidents.

I would absolutely recommend the community, and the apartment itself was great - it felt like a townhome and had lots of storage. I would definitely consider living in a sister property some day!
Honestly with the exception of Kim being a manager for the facility, as I mentioned above the cost for the unit with the size of the unit having no guest parking available at all, I honestly could not recommend it.
Big company - not a lot of flexibility. Speed bumps are badly designed and very dangerous.
