Nice and quiet. My apartment was freshly painted so it still has the paint smell. Other than that, it is a beautiful place to live. You may want to give it a try!
Love living here it’s been amazing. I love that’s the staff is amazing and so willing to help. I’ve enjoyed not really having to worry about anything the staff as long as you communicate they will work with you
Had a few issues but overall it is good. Hot water was lukewarm warm, stove is unacceptable( dirty under oven handle and can’t read the temperature gauges on front, several cabinets painted shut and haven’t been able to open.) Tenants do not clean up after pets, unable to use laundry room as no instructions on how to use as machines don’t take quarters.
Washers and dryers work only half the time and take your money anyways. Neighborhood is decent. Price is worth it for some, not for all. It’s good enough that I’d renew my lease

Staff has been very helpful, but there were things I had problems with in the unit right as I moved in. I received the wrong mailbox key, one of the showers in my unit does not get get hot, and there were roaches the day I moved in. The washer and dryer work great, I had no issues getting WIFI, and I like the amount of storage.

Can’t complain; nice and updated apartments, friendly staff and lovely location! So nice being right in the middle of all my top things in Waco in an affordable and updated apartment complex. My overall experience at Avila was okay. The apartment itself was decent and I didn’t have too many issues while living there. However, the overcharging on rent was a serious problem. There were times I was billed incorrectly, and it was stressful trying to get everything sorted out — especially since my portion of the rent wasn’t even clearly established at first. That situation definitely affected my trust in the management. If you’re considering moving in, just keep a close eye on your charges and make sure everything is documented.

They are pretty good about fixing maintenance issues. Their towing policy is horrible and personally I believe they have some deal woth the towing g company to get kickbacks.

So far it’s the best. I love the amenities and how quiet it is out here. Outside it always clean and well kept. Maintenance is great . Love it here it turned out waaaay better than we even expected for our first apartment.

So far so good!! Everyone in the complex seems pretty friendly, I love how bustling it is, hearing kids play outside and seeing people using the pool and the grills outside is super nice.

Apartments are clean and modern, it’s a peaceful environment. The only problems I had were fixed asap by maintenance which was amazing. I just did not like how my neighbors were big smokers so it left the outside not smelling pretty.

The amenities both in unit & in community are great! I’m a bit disappointed in the maintenance. The apartment wasn’t in the greatest condition, and on my first maintenance request, it was immediately assigned & closed out without any work done on the issue. My neighbors are loud, because the walls are very thin.

I would give a 5 star but didn’t due to laundry room near leasing office needing a few repairs but other than that NO COMPLAINTS! Been here for almost 2 years

They have been great to work with and very accommodating. Will work with you on what ever you may need. My husband and I need to move from a 2bd to a 1 bd and there was no problem with in weeks we had moved

Not a very good experience , I was placed in a one bedroom apartment when I’d signed a lease for a 2br with upgrades…. Months later I was placed in a 2br but not with upgrades . I also had to be the exterminator getting rid of 2 rats that were in the apartment on arrival but still had to pay for the exterminator fee…. I am very disappointed
