Great balance between quietness and closeness to groceries/shopping/transportation. Very family friendly, kids get together on the playground or ride the bike throughout the neighborhood. Pet friendly with a trail close by.

We have enjoyed our stay here so far. Our townhome layout is newly updated and spacious, which makes it feel very cozy. This is a great dog friendly neighborhood as well with access to the river trail in our backyard. Close and convenient to all that Redmond and the east side has to offer! Staff and community has been nice as well.

Higher priced rent for low quality units and service. This place keeps going down hill year after year. Materials and appliances in the units look cosmetically nice but are actually made of cheap quality, that wear out easily or break down in a short amount of time. Maintenance team is slow to respond to service requests, you have to constantly have to follow-up. Super thin walls-you can easily here neighbors, if they're loud-you're out of luck as management can't evict, even if there are with multiple calls to police for noise disturbance in middle of the night. You'll be stuck be kept awake all hours of the night. There is virtually no visitor parking onsite, many of the spaces are for reserved for tenants that don't have a garage in their unit. They've cut back on community services, no more courtesy night patrol, business office, game room in clubhouse has restricted timings, etc. Even grounds maintenance has cut back, think dirty stinky water features, trashed playground and other common spaces, etc. Management is slow to respond to any communications from tenants. There are much better and affordable options available in Redmond-don't be fooled by the cosmetics and give this place a pass!!

I love living in Avignon Townhomes. Here is really good location with a lovely Sammamish river trail just a step from your home. Also floorplans are very comfortable for family living. Interior in main area looks modern and really good.

If you love the sound of unsupervised screaming kids, then by all means move right in. The southeast section is full of them.

Attention to detail in regards to the condition of my townhome at the time of move in was poor at best. Im still pursuing basic repairs two months in. Safety issues by a maintenance person could have resulted in a horrible injury. My time here will be short...

I moved from Argentina with my two girls a year ago and Avignon was my first and only choice when selecting our home. The community is located in a beautiful location, houses are spacious, with lots of light and with great floor plans. Management is outstanding, responsive, attentive, same as the maintenance service. Avignon is where I where I choose to live and hope to stay for a long time! Thanks for making us feel at home!

If things were ready and updates were made to the community it would be a great place to live. The location is very good.
Super nice place to live besides the screaming children everyday. They just run around the complex screaming all day. Not to mention trying to drive in the street without the kids getting in the way of your car. The complex should have stricter rules about noise.
