Best staff possible. There are challenges changing to community living. They are always approachable with questions, concerns.

I have been a resident of Avidor Omaha for over 3 years and am more than happy to live in this community! The staff is outstanding, and the residents actively participate in the numerous activities available to us. It's great because we can participate if we want to or have time to, or not if we choose not to. My family visits often and they are so pleased that I'm so happy!

I have lived at Avidor for 2 years this month. Have renewed my lease for another year. I'm totally satisfied living here.

Any time we have needed help to solve a maintenance problem in our apartment, the maintenance worker has been able to promptly take care of things for us. We are very pleased with their work. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work. We often run in to them in the hall or elevator and they greet us with a smile.

We need to have a pool or billiards table available for residents to enjoy and utilize.

A friendly community, very competent staff, plenty of activities.

Avidor Omaha is ranked #1 in Active Adult living because it is truly the best community in the city. I love maintenance-free living and all that comes with it. The residents and staff are so friendly and helpful which makes for a great atmosphere in the building!

I've been pleased with living at Avidor for four years. The staff is welcoming - the amenities are more than expected - the activities are helpful in exercise and in socializing with the other residents. I couldn't be happier choosing to live at Avidor.

Moving to Avidor has been a great pleasure for me and my husband. The staff are amazing and helpful. I love that they call everyone by name. The activities offered are fantastic and there is something for everyone. The residents are very welcoming. The building is kept clean and there are many comfortable areas to socialize, read a book, watch t.v., or a movie. I would highly recommend Avidor.

Staff customer service, in every department I’ve had experience with has been exceptional. Having been an officer on the HOA board of my previous home with responsibilities of overseeing building repair projects and employee training, I am impressed with the quality of staff in every area.

This is a very warm, welcoming community. I was disappointed with the facility after moving in.

I have lived here for 4 years being one of the first to move in. I have introduced a lot of my friends to visit and their comment is “what a great place you live at “. I like the community here and making a lot of friends.

Avidor is a great place to live. The staff does their best to support residents. We have tons of activities to keep you busy. I especially like all of the trainer led fitness classes. The building is modern and well maintained with a great maintenance team. This is a good place for me as I’ve grown so many new friends.

Avidor is what you make of it , it’s a friendly atmosphere and clean , activities and such, only if your able to take part

I highly recommend Avidor. The building is very solidly built and living here provides me with as much privacy or interaction as I want. I love that there is a guest suite available for visitors and the planned activities are fun.

Moving to Avidor almost three years ago was the best choice for me - independent living - choice of many activities - a wonderful group of residents who care for each other - the staff is always looking out for us - and if I am in the mood for quiet time, I pick up a book.and/or my newspaper and am content. My apartment is perfect for one person, is well designed, has new and fully functional appliances, and no worries! Jeri

I have enjoyed every aspect of living at Avidor. This is independent living at its best. You can take part in as many or as few events as you want. I never thought I could have as much fun in an apartment building as this.

I have a pet and it’s so easy to get her outside. The rooms are so sound proof. The amenities are great. The appliances are up to date.

A good place to be living, staff is helpful and courteous, they offer activities that one could get involved in. They seem to offer something new and interesting frequently. Many times a happy hour has some game or a quiz or trivia that makes it most interesting . I would have to say that if you are a bore at Avidor , it would be your own fault.

The quality of life at Avidor is stellar. The staff is amazingly friendly, compassionate and professional! The complex is beautiful and beautifully maintained. I love the opportunity to socialize with other residents and attend as many activities as possible.

Avidor is the perfect option for folks who are ready to give up home ownership and not ready for independent or assisted living. There are activities to appeal to all sorts of different interests, nearby walking trails and the opportunity to be "social" when you want.

All the socializing you may want with complete privacy as you wish.

My world had been destroyed by COVID19. When I moved to Adidor in 2021 I had to rebuild on moving day when family helped me and many residents offered to help. Soon my relationships with staff and other residents - many of them - made me feel Avidor was my forever home.

Avidor-Omaha has been a perfect fit for me at a very stressful time in my life. It has made my transistion from a homeowner to an independent living space close to family so satisfying and expanded my horizons on so many levels. Thank you!

Avidor is a great community with a staff that cares about your interests and works to accommodate your idiosyncrasies

I retired in April. I checked out 40 apartments, townhomes taking my time to get it right. Avidor was nicest place and everyone I walked by on several tours were so outgoing and helpfull with questions. but I couldn't afford 1,000 squre feet. Christina offered to show me several one bedroom floor plans based on my preferences. I moved in late August. Avidor felt like home quicker than I ever dreamed. Lifestyle change was good for me to continueto be around new friends.
