Overall it has been a great place to live. A couple downfalls are parking (even if you have a sticker, sometimes you can’t even find a spot in your own lot-my husband almost always has to park a good 4-5 minutes away), communication with the office- if I try calling I can never get ahold of them. I have to physically go to the office or send emails. The pool seems to always be closed whenever my husband and I try to go, but most of the time that is because of the other residents not following the rules. Again, overall it’s been a nice place to live and I do enjoy it here! :) I just wish it was a little easier to get ahold of the office via phone and parking was better :)

I've lived here for years now and it's been a solid experience. The place is looking good. Great place to walk a dog. Only thing they're missing are secure USPS parcel lockers.

The apartments are a good value for the money. That said, there are a few issues. Parking is first come first serve with only one space per unit and street parking for an additional vehicle is difficult to find. Also, the garbage cans fill quickly to overflow their capacity causing a major pigeon problem in addition to the look and smell. On the plus side the pool and gym are nice and well maintained and so far the staff seems responsive and helpful.

I've had a pretty positive experience here. It's a nice area to walk a dog. The trains are annoying but the facilities are pretty solid. I appreciate the landscaping to make everything look nice. If I could ask anything it would be that maintenance respond quicker to any requests.

It’s a pretty nice community. The outdoor area with the pool and bbq’s have been so nice especially as the weather is getting warmer. Overall it’s a good place to live.

I’m loving this place, I like the place, the apartments are comfortable, the community is quiet so far I have nothing bad to say, the pool looks good, the gym looks complete and the place feels safe.

I've not been here long, but I like the office staff, and it seems relatively well maintained. Most people I met were friendly, and seemed nice enough, but I noticed a lot of people don't clean up after their dogs.

It's been pretty solid. I've been here over two years and just re-upped my lease. The train noise is a nuisance. You've got public transit noise from either side. But they take care of the place pretty well and are pretty responsive. I really wish they would install a parcel system for USPS mail so I didn't have to go to the post office every time I got a package.

These apartments are nice. Big, spacious and clean. Maintenance is responsive. Overall the apartments are quiet. I enjoy living here and I would recommend to my friends and family.

I just moved in but so far everything seems fine. It was quite a hassle moving in because they wanted a lot of paperwork before they would even send me the lease. So i had to sign a lease, basically sight unseen.

I love living here. The only thing that bothers me is what you get when you live on the lower levels of apartments. I have lots of room, office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I don't have to wait long to get things repaired.

Very happy living here so far! Management and maintenance have been great and responsive. My only complaint is parking (you can only park one car in the lot, other cars and guests have to find street parking). Also residents aren't always the best at picking up after their pets. Otherwise this has been a great place to live!

Been here for over a year and have had no major issues. Staff is polite and the apartment is beautiful. The only thing I don't like is they don't give out more than one parking pass.
