Avia Lowry

I absolutely love my room it's huge and when it rains I can leave the back door open and hear it. The balcony is spacious. I like the office staff a lot. I believe they work extra and will work in adverse conditions, which means a lot to me.

Changes have been done things seem to be getting better but a bit slow.

Everything was great. I was well informed of the community and I've received emails of updates issue and rules of the community.

Visited this community and had a great tour with Rhys. He was my best apartment tour that day and we visited many. Really liked the large floor plans and the five piece bathrooms.

First and foremost, I'd like to point out that safety is number one priority to me, and I found that at avia lowry. The staff are amazing here. My questions are always answered almost immediately. I put in 2 work orders and they were taken care of right away.I was surprised! The complex is well maintained and very clean. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wanting to move in to a nice, safe environment, and especially if you have kids. It seems like the area is kids friendly there's a park literally on the other side of the street, where I can take my kids. Thank you avia lower staff for all that you do for this community.

So far I am unsatisfied with my experience in Avia Lowry. Problems of Maintanence take months to be solved, and seems no one cares about that. Especially if we talk about a oven that we use almost everyday for cooking healthy food home. I don't want to imagine what happens if the fridge doesn't work. Probably they would fix it 2 years after I leave. Not satisfied for nothing with Avia Lowry

This community has been in a downfall for the past year or so. Please get this place cleaned up and hire some COMPETENT management and maintenance staff. It’s really sad how far this place has fallen.

Delays, Delays, Loud Community. Community feels to be subsidized or low income / affordable housing. It reflects the type of irresponsible or ignorant tenants that you share a community with. Quiet Enjoyment legal rights seem to be a noon factor for noise ordinance here. Find a community with one level or rent a condo or townhome instead if able.

Keep looking!!!!!!! There is no parking and no maintenance team.

I moved here in 2011, and love it. I love the upkeep of fresh paint outside or throughout the buildings, also the upkeep of having the carpet cleaned or replaced when needed. The management and maintenance team have all been excellent while living here. It’s a convenient place to live and is assessible to grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants, etc. It’s a great place to call home!!

The community itself is very calm and nice.so far we have not Had any issues with any of the residents. Everyone seems very friendly.

I have enjoyed leaving here. The community is great and very clean. My kids love it and it truly feels like I’m home.

Management in leasing office is always courteous and polite.

High crime, parking lot is not safe. Perhaps they allow it to push their expensive garages!!! Utilities are overblown, averaging $280-$330 monthly - this is just Utilities!!! Be Aware - run when you can!!!

There is no parking available for the residents in the community. The residents at the townhomes take the spots. Your car can be towed at any anytime and management will not help you. Make sure to double check everything before signing anything because management error becomes your error as a new tenant to fix.

Avia Lowery is affordable, high class, and a great location for living. We love it!

No matter where you go, the corporate side of things is garbage, and Greystar is one of the larger property owners in Denver and surrounding areas. I wouldn't recommend a handful of these properties, but I would recommend Avia Lowry, simply because of the staff and the majority of those who reside here. The staff really does care and they try their hardest.

Avia is a wonderful community, we've been here for 2 years and have loved our apartment. It is a very clean community. Management is always helpful. Maintenance is timely, efficient, and kind. We would absolutely renew our lease for next year, because Avia has felt like home to us.

Firstly, there's been significant crime on this property. The mailbox is regularly defiled and broken into. They also charge you a monthly fee to have packages delivered to your home. In addition, they regularly erroneously charge for insurance (even if you've already purchased it), etc. Additional costs will be at least 100.00 or more depending on how they decide to charge you that month. This is a Greystar property. Simply go to the Better Business Bureau as there are hundreds of complaints re: Greystar. The pool is frequently closed, there's been loud physical fights outside on the property and people were setting off fireworks rather frequently all summer long in the drives and near the homes. Avoid this place and all Greystar Properties.

Avia Lowry is a great community because it has amazing staff. The front office and maintenance are amazing people who care about those who live here.

Avia is a very good complex to live in. The management team is very responsive and supportive. The apartments are clean and spacious.

Leasing staff; manager, assistant managers, all staff, are awesome. I'm very happy with my move here to Avia Lowry.

I love living here. Austin and Eduardo in the office are amazing. They are so kind and so willing to help. Their communication is spot on and follow up comes natural to them. Dane is awesome at fixing issues in the apartment and the community. This is a safe and great place to live.

I moved to Avia after my divorce, it was a great experience and everyone was so nice and welcoming from the beginning. I absolutely loved being there with my kids. I always felt safe, and the manager and the office were always super responsive and kind. Thank you for making Avia a home for us at the hardest time of my life. I will be forever grateful.

This is a gorgeous community! The property is well maintained, quiet, and close to so many parks. The staff here are wonderful, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, we couldn't ask for a better group of people. So happy to call Avia Lowry home!

Overall experience has been positive, the community itself is quiet, it's just the neighborhood surrounding the property not so much..

Me and kids absolutely love Avia Lowry. We love our spacious unit, the benefit of the garage. I have had no issues since moving here in Aug 2021. We are very happy to live here and can't wait for the pool to open after winter. It's our favorite part of living here.

Can constantly here the footsteps of the people living above me. Wasn't an issue until someone moved in above. The apartments seem to be constructed with really thin walls and ceilings it seems.

I couldn't ask for a nicer apartment. Me and my three kids are happier than ever with the choice we made to move here.

Been a resident for over 6 years and I have been disappointed since Grey star took over this property. Rent went up but services provided went way down. Maintenance, cleanliness, safety and a whole host of other issues. The only Maintenance staff member is over worked. All the staff are friendly and try to resolve issues. Not sure what the problem is. I hope some changes can happen soon.

Avia Lowry (formerly Griffith's at Lowry) was my first ever apartment living experience. I wasn't sure I was cut out for living in an apartment but this experience has been the best! Whenever I hear people talking about their "less than desirable" experiences at other apartment complexes, I always tell them where I live and how pleased I am with this community. I absolutely love that it's non-smoking and the management enforces it as well as they can, and they keep the grounds pretty spotless. It's small and I also like that. I'm very glad I chose this community. Last, but certainly not least, Jackie in the office is a gem and Quade, in maintenance always makes me smile, he's very sincere and a joy to chat with.

If you like to park a half a mile from your house every day move here!

Avia Lowry is the best apartment property I've lived at since moving to Colorado in 2017. The maintenance and office staff are a delight, they are the reason for my experience here to be beyond expectations.

Living here at Avia continues to be a good experience. The only issue we had was quickly resolved.

Very nice location and clean community

Avia is a community that is well kept, however the parking is an issue, there isn't enough parking for residents and forget it if you have guests, they have to walk from street parking which is also extremely hard to find. Other than that the community is well groomed and taken care of. Before this community was sold last year the residents had a portal, that no longer exists, the reasoning has never been discussed so therefore there is no platform for the residents......when it was owned by the previous company that was a great place to sell items to communicate with our neighbors and to feel like a community......GONE! Also I moved into this community because of it's no smoking policy, it was strictly enforced with the previous owners and now I see people smoking on their patios, can smell it in the hallways and have even seen it at the pool. I will say that if you call for maintenance they show up right away and do what needs to be done, but things aren't as good as they were before the sale of this property.

Avia Lowry is a very nice community to live. I have lived here for several years now and love coming home to a nice, quiet community, meeting the friendly neighbors, as well the staff.

Well maintained. Fairly quiet. Spacious apartment layouts with lots of natural light. Individual heating and cooling that is in good working order.
