I must admit, since my last review, the maintenance services have significantly improved, and I'm quite impressed. However, I'd like to bring to your attention an issue with the fitness center. Despite having air conditioning, the ventilation is poor, causing the air to become stagnant and CO2 levels to rise, making it uncomfortable. I often have to step outside during my sessions to get some fresh air. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be addressed, perhaps by installing a forced air system, air intake and exhaust fans, or something similar. Thank you.

I am generally quite happy with my experience here. I've had a few issues with maintenance follow ups and cockroaches in the apartment, but otherwise I'm pretty satisfied.

Over all it’s a nice place to live, other then you can hear your neighbors when they talk and you hear anything they watch in the TV. You also pay for amenities you don’t have a key fob for and the rental office has no clue when or if you will get one, so essentially, you are paying $200 for something you can’t use.

Everything looks great but didnt know there were no ceiling light sockets in the rooms and you can feel your upstairs neighbor walking all day.

Location and staff are lovely, apartment is spacious and nice. Only issues are maintenance response time, too many times maintenance needing to have access to the unit last minute for bug issues, and towing.

Some issues with maintenance but overall good spot to live, they are super on point with towing though so you have to be careful of not getting your car towed

Everything has been good up until a couple weeks ago my car had been vandalized and we are still recovering from that. Talking with other residents confirmed this occurs regularly. I don’t understand why preventative measures have not been taken to ensure our communities safety.

So far, I’m just living here. There’s nothing great and it could be worse, but it’s bearable. You get what you pay for. Inexpensive rent, but I’m still dealing with Roaches and mice.

It's good, response for everything is very slow though. But I like my apartment a lot. It's comfortable and spacious. The AC system works phenomenal. There is also a lot of shattered glass all over the apartment. I've injured my feet a few times - I wish they vacuumed better before letting me move into the space. Everyone is overall pretty nice.

I give this rating because the cost is too high for these apartments. I still do not understand why I have to pay to park my car when I already pay a monthly fee to live here. Maintenance is slow and then they do not come back.

The staff while very friendly and responsive, have yet to really tackle the pest problem. The amount of rats (dozens!) that gather by the garbage is ridiculous! There are mice in the apartments and there has been no real effective method used to rid the complex of rodents

I was expecting the apartment to be at least neat but many filters had paint scrubs clogging them. Windows are difficult to open. Drains are not flowing correctly. All the heating system have the filters full of paint. The only thing that is good is the carpet and the painting. A little upset because the price is not cheap and the experience is poor.

My change of residence to Avery Park Apartment Homes has been a very pleasant experience. When I say, please avoid this place!! The only it’s cheap rent for inflation but again you get what you pay for. Management for one does not care about anything that goes around. My car has been broken into, stolen airbag and they rather have fake cameras up and a RoboCop driving around than actually doing something. Charging you every single dollar and penny just to park your car or have friends come over but can even mark the lines correctly for you to park in the $75 monthly parking. Constant issues with appliance, breaking down and mice. Let’s not get with the maintenance who doesn’t want to do anything and take several days just to fix a washer and dryer that I can’t even use. Rats everywhere in the neighborhood. The walls are thin.

I was really excited about moving here when I first came to look at the property. Unfortunately, once we got our apartment and moved in, it was not what we expected at all. We ended up having a lot of issues and the leasing office was not very cooperative with getting things fixed or cleaned. There was no Deep cleaning of the apartment prior to us moving in or prevention for cockroaches and bugs. There were many things that had mold on them that were rusted and broken. We expressed all of our concerns to the office the following day because we moved in on a Sunday so I called them and emailed about all of the issues. It hasn’t even been two weeks since we’ve been there and there are still so many things that need to be fixed. Sadly, instead of them offering to fix the issues they would rather us get a refund and move out, but because of the time that we moved in since it’s the end of the month we weren’t able to find another place to move into so soon. I’m hoping that things get better

So far, the neighbors I've met are super nice and friendly. Parking can be a pain but I expected that with how many people live here. The only real complaint so far is that it's super hot upstairs but I'm hoping it'll turn on when summer hits.

I am happy with my unit and the staff is so nice. I love my new neighborhood. It seems quiet here so far and I love that, only been here for a couple of days but I have no complaints.

Please do your research thoroughly before you move here. Yes, rent is cheap but you have to deal with noisy neighbors, large rats at the trash, cans, roaches, and mice.

Maintenance jobs are left half done and take days to weeks sometimes months to get a response. Appliances are the cheapest quality and break often, whether used regularly or not. Neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. Dogs not cleaned up after. Parking is impossible in the back of the community after the evening.
