The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Avenue Flats
These apartments are spacious! I am overwhelmed by it (which is partly why I am leaving because it’s almost too much space for me). They’re in a really great location away from downtown, but still also near some very big shops and highways. The building it self is very quiet. Sometimes you could hear people’s TVs through the walls, but that likely has to do with your neighbors placement of such. However, outside, there are a lot of sirens because Sparrow and a fire station are less than a mile away, but you get used to it very quickly. Extremely safe area. The surface lot has had no problems and it’s shared with an MSU office and a beauty supply store. Only real downer is that there isn’t an elevator nor a gym. Both of which I realized I needed in a new place.
