Property Ratings at Avenue Eleven Apartments
if there were no ants, this property would be great. i've had a few maintenance issues which were all resolved quickly and honestly have no management complaints. but the ants are AWFUL. they are everywhere all of the time. no amount of raid and traps keeps them away. it's an endless nightmare.
Ants roam this place (several times the exterminator has come before there was some resolve to the issue) and neighbors are loud with complete disregard to their surroundings.
New management MTH is absolutely terrible. The are out of Lansing, MI and do not have ANY on-site resources. Ie: when your kitchen drain backs up and water is spilling over the sink on the floor no one will come help you until the following week. Then you can live with the ants and mold from the water damage the rest of your stay. Essentially the apt looks nice with new appliances with 1940's plumbing. Save yourself the hassle. Do NOT rent here.
Apartments are reasonably nice and have a great location. Management was taken over by MTH management recently and they could not be worse. Past management was excellent. The new property management has a huge issue with communication. Extremely difficult to contact. Issues take months to resolve. AVOID.
