Downtown Billings starts along the Yellowstone River and extends west. Avenue C is a beautiful apartment community. Makes you feel like you are living in a luxury hotel. It is extremely quiet, you might think you are the only one living there. The amenities are fantastic and always available.

Nice apartment and building, safe and quiet. However rental rate far exceeds the value of the apartments and location.

I have never lived in an apartment before and enjoy the freedom from home ownership and all the responsibilities that go with it now that I am retired. It is a new beginning for me and I feel blessed to have a lovely place like this to live.

I have had fun exploring our new neighborhood. I am delighted that most services and shops that I need are within walking. Love our grocery market and coffee shops.
We were one of the first tenants of AVE C and enjoy living here. The common areas are neat and well kept. The apartments have just what you need as far as space and layout. The management staff is available and open for questions and providing or getting answers for them. The pricing is reasonable.
Avenue C has been our home for going on 3 years and for my wife and I downsizing was tough. We have most of the amenities we had, but they are smaller. To us, it feels like we are on a cruise. Our apartment is the stateroom, we can stay in it and use the amenities or go and enjoy the amenities of the city, or travel and know that our home is being taken care of.
