Property Ratings at Avenue at Harbison
Just moved in recently and everything went very smooth! Was trying to move several things and one of the workers Danny was very helpful by helping us get our king mattress to the second floor! Very thankful for him and the staff so far is very nice and has accepted us with open arms!
I am loving how quiet and peaceful it is. And the grounds are so clean and really shaded. Office personal are really nice, friendly, and on the ready to help. And the amities, I've never seen a place that offered this many. WOW!
Very clean when moving in. Didn’t have a single problem that was not fixed that day or the next. Great Staff that helped through moving in. Would recommend staying here for the price and the location you can’t beat it honestly.
Clean property, quiet environment, peace and tranquil lake right next door. People are nice and loads of things to do. If you love shopping then you will love it here. If you love a different place to go out to eat then you will love it here. I would recommend the Avenue at Harbison to anyone who asks.
It’s a very quiet neighborhood and I have never had any serious issues that weren’t handled in a timely manner. Staff tries their hardest to work with you and satisfy you to the best of their abilities.
Been here 10 months and I still tell all my friends and family this is my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. Property is clean, close to shopping, office management are friendly, maintenance is great if anything needs to be fixed, there’s a walking trail that goes all the way to the lake and around (my favorite), and there’s always some kind of activity being done at the office (pool party, bingo, campfire, etc). Only complaint is not everyone picks up after their dog so depending on your favorite spot to walk your dog you might have to be careful where you (or your pup) step. We plan to sign for another year when our lease is up
Love the trails and the pond out back. Dog park could use some help. Have had bad experiences with the trash compactor breaking for weeks at a time. Old appliances. Friendly maintenance technicians who are always friendly! Dirty exteriors / weathered exterior walls. Broken mail boxes. Poor management communication when verbally addressing a maintenance issue that was acknowledged but ignored/never resolved. Old paint and carpets in some buildings and some are remodeled. Upon initial move in I wasn’t able to see the apartment before signing the lease and no manager came with me to do the move in check list. Got a good deal for staying in the best up old and out dated apartment unit. Lots of dogs with no leashes on. Exterior landscaping is very poor and pushed up against windows and it’s terrible for pests even with pest control. Neighbors throw trash out of the third floor apartment. Every unit has a random and different type of AC unit.front of complex made better looking than the back
So far I love living here. My dog enjoys the walking trails and the little dog park. It’s quiet and clean, and the amenities are nice. The office has been really helpful.
This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in l love having shopping, restaurants and bus in walking. Very nice commons area including the pool. Very nice residents. I decided to renew my lease for another 13 months.
I love the vibrancy of the community. My neighbors are great. They look out for each other; it’s like a family. The pool is beautiful! I enjoy my 9AM aquatic physical therapy. I have the pool to myself and I can accomplish my entire workout in 40 minutes, before the sun gets too hot! My apartment is adorable and spacious! I was astonished that my stuff fit!! I love my cute little patio. I enjoy sitting out there in the morning while I drink my coffee. I love sitting out there in the evenings when all the lights from the restaurants and businesses across Columbiana Drive are alive with nightlife. I enjoy my glass of red wine while listening to my classical music on my Alexa device. I love the fact I know I am not alone. There is “life” all around me and it’s exhilarating.
Avenue at Harbison is a great community to call home . From resident events to friendly neighbors you always feel at home when you get here . The pool is crystal blue and always a good time . Apartments are spacious with great closet space
Fantastic area with amazing amenities. The pool is amazing, always clean. I love all the walking paths well. Walking around the small lake is very pretty.
I love my apartment and the community seems extremely involved. However, outside of my front door there’s a gaping hole in the roof where bugs are coming out of and water is leaking in front of my door when it rains. It is extremely unnerving to have to walk under this hole
The scenery around the apartment is nice and the trails are good but need more lighting for nighttime strolls. Maintenance could be better at completing work orders. I have had to put in the same work order for leaking ceiling in my apartment 3 time before they came and actually fixed the leak.
Love living here staff is wonderful and amenities are great. It’s quiet and neighbors are courteous and friendly. Have lived here almost 9 years.
I have enjoyed living here for the past year and plan to continue. I love the walking trails, the pool is sparkling and clean. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely matter.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is always responsive, maintenance gets things done fast, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Parking is easy, and my apartment was super clean when I moved in. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family — it’s been one of the smoothest renting experiences I’ve ever had.
Not good. The apartment was dirty when I moved in.there is water damage on the ceiling. The handle on the microwave is broken along with a slue of other issues. There is litter and cigarette butts on the grounds. I tried to tell management about the cigarette butts and was told cigarette butts are biodegradable. Theyre not. Management is rude. My apartment doesn't have laundry hook ups I was told It would. Carpet has black stains on it. The apartment is drafty. I can hear my upstairs nieghbor. Walls are thin. Not happy at all. Very bad 1st apartment experience.
Me gusta el lugar, la tranquilidad y sobre todo lo amplio que es el apartamento, la administración es súper amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas.
Dog friendly, shopping and food accessible, apartment itself could have been a little cleaner upon arrival but other than that it’s been good so far!
Great people and neighbors. Everyone has been nothing but friendly upon moving in. The staff was great very knowledgeable about me as a new resident. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We love this property. Amazing family feel and dog friendly so bring your pups. If you are in the area or looking to move this is definitely a great place to check out and possibly find your forever home.
Maintenance is always prompt and reliable, which really adds peace of mind. The community is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive—everyone respects each other’s space. It’s a great balance of neighborly and private.
I love living here so far. There have been a few maintenance issues I’ve had to put requests in for but each time they have been addressed and fixed to the best of their abilities within 24 business hours. Everyone I’ve interacted with have been super friendly and helpful.
It is beautiful here! The grounds are very well kept. All of my neighbors are friendly. Management does well at keeping families satisfied. There’s a community event about once a month. There is so much to do nearby as well!!
It’s such a great apartment, still so obsessed with the living room and deck space !!! love that we can make it our own. the staff has been so amazing and helpful as well.
We love it here!! Very nice place to bring your family, dog friendly and just a lovely community all around. I would recommend this community to anyone that is interested in a forever home.
Moving in was a breeze. The apartment is perfect. Quiet area with great sunlight. Big rooms, each with good size closets. Community is cute with walking trails. Close to everything.
I have been here for over six months and still have had no problems whatsoever and everyone has been nice. It’s been a good experience so far.
Recently had my kitchen ceiling fixed and painted. The work was completed to beyond my expectations. Not only done correctly but the clean up was incredible. I literally had to do nothing. You wouldn't have known any work had been done at all in the apartment. Thank you.
Love it here!!! The leasing office staff is amazing. The staff all together are awesome. The community is clean and offers multiple areas of serenity and fun for everyone.
I’ve lived here many years. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have great amenities. The maintenance staff does a great job and doesn’t leave a mess!
I've enjoyed living here for the past 8 months and plan to continue living here for another year. I love the walking trails and the beautiful lake. I also enjoy the monthly activities hosted by the management.
I really love living at this apartment complex. The staff and neighbors are very helpful and friendly. I love the pet wash and the dog park for my dog.
This is a nice apartment complex, if you get obe of the nicer units that has been renovated completly but you will have to pay a little more. I was desperate when i moved in so i had one of the shotty units but liveable until it wasnt, heat, air, leaks was the issue in my unit. Coudnt afford one of the nicer units. But the area is nice, the amenities were great! And be aware of all the dog poop that dog owners refuse to pick up. Other than that great place to live, nice neighbors when i lived there in 2023.
I havent been here long but the community is quiet. Great staff so far. Easy to get in and out of the apartment complex. Communication has been great from the staff on any issues in the complex
The property has amazing landscaping . To be so secluded in a very busy and convenient area. Apartments are spacious with great closet space
The apartment complex is really beautiful and the amenities are amazing. That was a big draw when looking into various apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
We’ve been here 3 1/2 months and are so happy. No major issues with the apartment but if we do need something fixed or have a question it’s taken care of quickly. No complaints!
They don’t care about my complaints or problems. They don’t respond in your time of need. I moved here because they made us feel welcomed. Then it seemed to change right after we moved in. I’m heart broken and wish this could’ve been a better experience.
I love my apartment. The only thing I wish could happen is when I ask maintenance to fix something, they get it right the first time. The front office is amazing though and are beyond helpful.
They got rid of the laundromat and replaced it with a pet wash. They emailed us saying there was gonna be an annual maintenance inspection and they never came even though we cleaned and had to lock our pet away for a week.
The property management staff have been incredibly active in planning and engaging in unique community events. Although, I have not been able to attend many of the events, it is very much appreciated. In 20 years as a renter all over the country, I never knew that property managment staff ever did anything like this. On top of this, the team is very active in getting community feedback. For example, a poll was sent out to see how residents felt about including a valet trash service for a monthly fee. It felt good to have a voice. (For example: These services never mention the downsides. I've dealt with valet trash sevices in the past, and never had a good experience. It ALWAYS resulted in infestations, unwanted wild animals, and piles of smelly trash outside resident doors.)
I love it! The vibe of the apartment complex is very homey because of all of the trees and nature. :) The staff is communicative and maintenance requests are typically answered promptly.
Love having daily walks on the trails behind the apartment and such a nice community, everyone has been friendly and helpful since moving in.
So far I enjoy the experience as far as the moving in process the office have been patient and helpful. Look forward to having a long lasting relationship with the community
This has been a very pleasant place to live. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff is top notch and maintenance crew always on point. I would def recommend living here to anyone looking.
The leasing office staff are very kind and friendly and helped us through everything to get moved in. The community here is amazing. The amenities are great.
I love living at Ave at Harbison! Just starting my second year and I’m so happy to renew my lease! I’d recommend this place to anyone. Location is great, Maintance is good, office staff is the best.
This is a great place to live, I love the people who are here, the pool is great, the lock box is great for when you have a package. But overall it is a great place to live.
