      I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff here are incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. It's clear they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly feel at home here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community. Just to say a least, the Gym is beautiful to spend some time in and the conference room is spacious and welcoming.

      Everything is excellent. Everything is very good. The only thing which I don’t like is the corridors are very, very dirty super dirty and I already told them in the office so many times but I see no change otherwise everything is perfect.

      Avenue 900 is a great place to live. Much lower rent than anywhere else but you still get excellent quality and huge apartments. Neighbors keep to themselves and take care of the facilities. The gym is fully stocked and organized. We love the pool!

      A Wonderful Living Experience with Excellent Management!

      I had an incredible experience living in this apartment community! From day one, it felt like home, thanks to the amazing staff and the well-maintained property. First and foremost, Carly and Skylar are fantastic! They truly care about the residents, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to listen whenever we had questions or concerns. Their warmth and professionalism made a world of difference in our stay. Maintenance was outstanding! In over a year, we only needed assistance twice—once for an air filter change and another time for light bulbs. Both requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about how well this community is managed. We had the privilege of living in the main building, right next to the leasing office, which gave us easy access to the gym, swimming pool, and mailroom—such a convenience! Despite being close to the office, our apartment was peaceful and quiet, with absolutely no disturbances. The unit itself was in pristine condition when we moved in, and we made sure to maintain it just as well so the next residents could enjoy the same high-quality living experience. It was spacious, filled with natural light from the large windows, and had a welcoming, cozy feel. One minor issue we noticed during our stay was that the entrance gates were often broken. However, I believe this was due to some residents not using them responsibly. To their credit, management always worked quickly to fix the issue, but it might be worth considering a more durable or upgraded gate system to prevent ongoing problems. Location-wise, this apartment is perfectly situated—right by the freeway, close to the airport, with Kroger and Aldi just five minutes away. Plus, there’s a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby that we absolutely loved! Unfortunately, we had to move due to the commute to work, but if it weren’t for that, we would have happily renewed our lease. If you’re looking for a well-managed, quiet, and convenient place to call home, I highly recommend this community!

      Lovely amenities, services and luxury apartments. They always have events going on to encourage community interactions where they have food, drinks and do raffles to give away free stuff as you get to meet and interact with your neighbors.       I love Ave 900! The office and maintenance staff are very nice! I know the personnel in the office by name and they constantly ask me about my kids which is nice. The property is clean and I love the updates I get from the office about what's going on within the property.       Ave 900 is really a diamond in the rough. The apartment itself is modern, great amenities, and the maintenance and front office staff do care and take care of the grounds. Two dog parks (one for big dogs, and one for small) is really nice, and 3 areas to hang out and grill out.

      Shooting at the pool, gates always broken. Front office doesn't care. It took them a week to send their residents an email about it. No accountability at all.

      Livable community in a nice quiet neighborhood, great amenities like the big dog park and rooftop style pool . Floor plans are nice and open . Office staff is nice and friendly. Move in was great , everything in apartment was clean and attached. Parking could be better , never really have a place to park when getting home late . Overall great apartments, I would recommend.

      I have been a resident for 5 yrs now and am very satisfied. We have had some issues however the staff sees our complaints as significant and works to resolve them immediately.

      Avenue 900 has changed management and had a notable increase in the number of lease violations for smoking in a non-smoking community (warnings only; no punitive fees) and the issues with trash violations not being slapped with a $50 per day incident/day lease violation. What used to be a top-quality community with stellar lifestyle experiences for apartment life has deteriorated into an overly-priced venue for the reduced quality of life; it has changed that much in just the past two years.

      Love everything about Avenue 900! My only issue is with the parking situation. We pay a lot of money and there is never any parking inside the complex. I work retail so Im home around 9pm and I always have to park outside the complex and walk a pretty good distance.

      This is an amazing property. Just moved in a couple of weeks ago but am loving it. Beautiful landscaping and very peaceful. Staff has been friendly and professional. You cant beat the amenities. They are top notch. Definitely recommend based on my initial experience.
