It is amazing!The apartment areas stay so clean. The staff is very friendly. And I am Loving how friendly they are for my pups!couldn’t imagine renting from anywhere else
I have definitely enjoyed living here and meeting some of my neighbors by the pool side. They are always hosting small events at the front office or having food trucks. I feel very safe in this environment and the staff makes an effort to fix your issues when they arise. I also love how it’s not very noisy and you can’t hear your neighbors as much.
Clean complex with friendly staff. Could use more guest parking areas and more poop stations. There’s not that many around the complex and there could be more.
Kristin was very nice and always helpful. At first parking was pretty bad and unexpected, But they've been towing nearly every night so no complaints now.
The community is nice and quiet. Landscaping can be ALOT better. The community needs to be pressure washed and cleaned. Dog park grass is not mowed either
So far I’ve had a package stolen from my door and I’ve only been able to park at my building Twice since I’ve moved in. I usually park at Building 9 or the Clubhouse due to all the non residents parking in residents spots. This includes the Handicap Parking spots too. I wish the place would enforce the parking policy or designate spots for residents.
The staff is amazing! Everyone we have met is very friendly. My kids love the park and can not wait to play in the pool. We like that there is a dog park and that the apartments are pet friendly!!
My main complaint is gross stairwells. I’m embarrassed to invite anyone over because the stairwell and landing by my apartment has bird poop and some other unknown substance on it. Also, floors are paper thin, I’ve had a neighbor complain about me making too much noise, and the people above me sound like they are building a house, when I know they are just living life. Parking is hard at night, there are so many people parking in resident parking that don’t have decals, that when I get home from work late I have to hunt for a space. Lastly, the rent is high.
The staff have been so nice every time I’ve talked to them. I moved in and submitted requests for maintenance which were completed or looked at the next day!
Good and easy move in! Management were very clear and helpful! I was coming in from out of town and they made my move in very easy and handled any questions I had promptly
Move in process was quick and easy! Great experience. The office staff was helpful and got me approved for my apartment quickly. The property is beautiful and well kept!
So far my family has loved moving here. We have more space and it feels more safe for our child. The residential staff were really helpful and really experienced with navigating our move in experience.
It’s been an interesting experience for sure. Learning all these different things about an apartment as a student is very confusing but it’s something that everyone has to do!

Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly! The move in was easy and quick! The staff helped set up accounts and the maintenance staff was extremely helpful with making sure we had everything we needed.
Wonderful place to live with friendly neighbors & secure package room. Great pool & pet park right by the mailboxes. There’s a safe playground for kids right by the leasing office. The ladies in the office are always patient and answer any questions you have with a great attitude. The maintenance team hasn’t let me down once. I feel very comfortable here. Close to grocery stores and shopping areas. I have become friends with neighbors and have recommended friends to move here.

This apartment is a fantastic find! The location is incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to both grocery stores and the favorite restaurants, and the apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and responsive, and the building's amenities, like the gym and pool, are a real bonus."
Moving here has truly been one of the best choices I've ever made. The management and leasing team genuinely care about their residents, working together seamlessly to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and ready for their new home. The amenities and buildings are not only well-maintained but also have a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, I've been fortunate to have wonderful neighbors who show me respect and kindness.
The apartment is nice and spacious. Has nice updates. The issues are all the cabinets at the bottom has water damage and I don’t know if the people upstairs are fighting or wrestling but from 7am until about 10 pm is very loud and disturbing. ??
Maintenance is extremely slow to fix problems, if they ever fix them at all. Office staff is unhelpful. Rent and fees are VERY high for the quality of the apartments and amenities.

So far we have really enjoyed living at Aventura. The complex is kept well maintained and neighbors are friendly! Kids love the pool, playground and club house.

The apartments are good, my biggest complaint is that other tenants are not respectful by cleaning up after their pets. Not only is it an eye sore, can't open your window because of the smell and it causes a lot of flies and bugs in the summertime.
Living here is really fun I enjoy the pool the gym and the dog park. I really like the way the apartment is layed out and it makes me feel very cozy comfortable and at home
Love the location and the team is always super friendly. Maintenance is a huge area of opportunity. I have to call about every time to ask about a service ticket that has been running for two weeks, and a lot of times they come and “fix” issue, only for me to call again and confess that it is still not fixed. I know they are working on this, but it’s been a good 18 months now

Overall my experience has been good for the most part. I will say they can do better about handling maintenance issues faster and actually getting around to them without having to put in work order requests multiple times or call them. Other than that it is a safe and peaceful environment.

Everything about my living space has been amazing! Other residents are friendly, staff is friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I gave four stars out of five for the pet friendly areas. Not all other residents pick up after their pets and it is VERY apparent. I’m not sure what else the complex could do to encourage people to pick up after their own pets. Poop bags and trash cans for the used bags are provided throughout the complex in multiple areas. Residents with pets they walk outside need to do better.

Adventura has been so welcoming. Very spacious! I’ve enjoyed my time here. I was thrilled to find out that the unit came with a washer and dryer. The only problem I’ve had so far is my toilet not flushing.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, Aventura Oak provides both practicality and accessibility.
Great amenities and overall very clean grounds. Some neighbors can get loud at times but that's going to be anywhere you go. Courtesy officer will usually respond to call at talk to whomever is making the noise as well.
Love the community. Quiet at night and very quiet and a great atmosphere for kids. Would definitely recommend to any one individual or family.

Excellent place to live and great maintenance service when needed. The ladies in the office are quick to meet your needs. I love the view from our apartment.
Enjoy the property but of course in apartment atmosphere so noises upstairs neighbors constant stomping is ridiculous. Only thing i cannot stand really about this location. Feel like office could say something because still need to be mindful and we all pay rent to live peaceful. Only had to call maintenance few times but always pleasant and fast to respond unlike other properties. Montana in the office always trying to help i feel with information or questions may have. The upgraded kitchen is wonderful not like an apartment feel as well as having in-unit laundry.

Great staff that responds to any issues that you have. They do great at keeping the grounds clean and looking great as well! Maintenance responds to tasks in a timely manner in order of seriousness of the issue.
The staff is nice and friendly It's clean and friendly neighborhood The apartments is updated The maintenance team is great I been living over here for two years and the problem with the apartment they responded and fixed it fast.
I have enjoyed my neighbors and the management is friendly and helpful. My first maintenance request was performed within a reasonable amount of time and the repairman was polite and quick.
This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The property is well lit at night. I feel safe here.
Everything is okay. Some things could be better. I would love it if they add more dog poop stations around the complex. The biggest complaint is the noise. People revving their engines in the parking lot at 2 am or people blaring music.
It’s a very safe place honestly. I feel comfortable living here. It’s not loud either. Everyone is quiet. The people I’ve came across are sweet and respectful. Even my neighbor is a sweetheart, with the cutest little pups.
