      Terrible Apartments

      A poorly maintained, infested apartment complex run by an incapable management team. I lived in this apartment for 5 months, and that was 5 months too many. Shortly after moving in, our next door neighbors were robbed and moved out because they feared for their safety. We would also find roaches every single day, and at the worst times we would find up to 25 roaches in one day. Pest control treated the apartment almost every month with no results, and the management team gaslit me, claiming that there was no infestation because "none of your neighbors have complained about roaches." After documenting the issue at length, they let us break our lease with no consequences due to the severity of the infestation. Since then, my rent was overcharged and I have yet to see that money returned to me. They have owed me over $100 for months now. I also have not received my security deposit even though I moved out two months ago. Don't move here unless you want roaches for roommates and to constantly fight for basic human decency. Management only responds to me after I've sent several emails AND called/visited in person. Management like this is why tenants need stronger legal protections.

      STAY AWAY!

      I will write a review on every platform to warn others to stay away! The property is old & roach infested! They are doing improper “renovations” by not treating the true problems at hand! Pest control has not cured my unit & I’m fighting to be released from my lease. I’ve only been here 3 months & will do everything possible to get away from here. The property manager is dismissive & rude! All of the units have a smell & potential mold issues! The property should be torn down & built again instead of placing new countertops on roach beds. The prices are not up to par with the quality of living.

      I love it here it’s a great place to live it’s nice and quick. All the office workers are nice and very helpful.The maintenance. Men always fix your problems at a timely time. The pool is wonderful with grills for cooking out by the pool side.

      The staff are great. Always a positive vibe. However, I've been asking for pest control and assume my place was treated. Unfortunately, I still deal with many roaches. I'm a clean freak. Ask anyone. And I'm still dealing with them. I'm thinking. Of getting my own service because I simply cannot deal anymore. Other than thiss pesty issued, the grounds are always clean and neat. The maintenance is quick to be done and it's a quiet safe complex.

      Decent priced, smaller community, well located, courteous and attentive staff. However, something seems to always be broke. One of the gates to the parking garage is frequently out of order and the last time, one was OOO for a month or more. There have been 3 cars at least vandalized in the 7 months I've been here. Right now the trash compactor has been broke for over two weeks and there's a giant dumpster overflowing sitting in the middle of the drive where no one can pull up to the mail box. The elevator is broken fairly often from the parking garage to the main level. The stairwell rails are missing on one section leading up to my apartment and one of the steps feels like it's going to break off and wobbles every time I step on it. I frequently get roaches in my apartment even though I'm meticulously clean. People do not pick up their dog's waste like they should. Overall, I do think this is a decent community and I love the office staff but there needs to be a total renovation of the grounds and the internal apartments IMO and I don't think that renovation should be accompanied by an increase in rent.

      For my apartment (I don't know about the quality of the others) it's pretty decent for the price. I've only had one service request but it was fixed promptly. The biggest negative so far is only getting one parking spot for a two bedroom, visitor parking not being as abundant as the demand for it, and the spots seem to be a little smaller than normal, increasing the constant worry of getting dinged or scraped.
