Ellisville is a warm, family-friendly suburb. The town has nationally acclaimed, high performing schools. One elementary school in the area was the first in the state to receive the Model National Professional Development Award from the U.S. Department of Education.
This suburb is safe with walkable streets filled with trees at every corner and multiple parks for residents to enjoy the outdoors. The most popular natural area is Bluebird Park. The park has a pool, playground, trails, and an amphitheater making it the heart of special activities and annual events. Bluebird is home to the yearly summer concerts, outside movie screenings, and family camp-outs. One of the biggest annual events is the Hot Dog It's Chili - Chili Cook-Off, a huge gathering filled with music, a dog costume contest, and delicious chili tasting. Ellisville also host annual holiday events as well.
Ellisville is mainly a retail driven community and most people commute to nearby cities to work.

Property Ratings at Aventura at Towne Centre
Management is horrible and do not care about residents. Don't believe the positive reviews - they encourage people to write them for chance at $.
Pros: 1) apartments have big ceilings and good ac units. 2) decent carpet and bathrooms. 3) kitchens are nice but could use marble countertops. Cons: 1) very overpriced for this area. Rent is way too much for what you get. They could at least put in some park benches or maybe a picnic table? 2) apartment staff are very rude to tenants. They seem very unhappy with their jobs/lives and that is noticed by tenants. 3) the apartment is super loud. I’m currently on the second floor and I hear everything above and below me. It’s constantly hard to to relax and get a good nights sleep. 4)you have to pay extra for vallet trash but they only let you put one bag in the box at a time. I’d rather walk the trash to the dumpster and save the $20 a month. 5) this apartment may be good for short term leases 6 months or less. Overall, do not recommend unless you want a stressful living environment. It does not feel like I’m home when I’m here.
We have all the amenities we need or could ever want in our place! The Management staff are always friendly and truly one of the best in town! I love the park-like feel we have and our spacious 3 bedroom apartment. We are lucky to have so much at our disposable in Ellisville from shopping, dining and our beautiful state parks and conservation areas for a great nature walk.
The management is the best. They really care about you and your satisfaction. The property is beautiful. This complex is brand-new and so accommodating. The open floor plan and 9 foot ceilings give it such a spacious feeling, like a custom home.
