We live here due to convenience and the proximity to my daughters school. The only positive is the amazing Maintenence staff. The management team is not pleasant to work with and the reason we consistently consider moving out.

I have lived at Aventine for 7 years and am very happy. It is close to public transportation, as well as I-80. A Safeway (and gas station) is only a couple of blocks away. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Management and maintenance staffs are doing a very good job whether professionalism and response time. Apartment layout is also very good in my opinion. Amenities are good. Some of the tenants not so much. They don’t clean up after their pets. Noise from walking back and forth on hardwood floor and loud music.

I've been at Aventine for less than a month and it has been an amazing place for me and my family to live in. I like that it has elevators which makes it easier when you have an infant or toddler. It's close to the park which is so convenient for my little one. I also like that the garage is in the basement, we don't have to leave the building to get in and out of the car which helps a lot when it's raining or too hot. I don't have to wait for the car to "cool off" before putting my infant in her car seat. Overall, the staff has been very nice and the building is clean and well-kept. So far our experience at Aventine has been really great.

My apartment is amazing. All apartments are spacious, clean, and very modern. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. Christine (Property Manager) is awesome- always smiling.
