I really enjoy living at aven ridge. I don't really care for the slamming doors, or next door loud music. But I enjoy everything else. I really love when we get food trucks too especially the coffee truck

Overall it has been a nice place to live. The maintenance team is exceptional! Periodically there are issues with noisy neighbors and the parking situation is awful. Appliances and carpets should be replaced and upgraded.

A very quiet place to live. The office staff is very friendly and cordial willing to help with anything that is needed. The surroundings are always clean and it's nice to live in a place like this.

The parking arrangement is not as expected. Guests and visitors should park in the designated areas. The residential parking lot should include designated numbers, similar to a permit parking lot.

Beautiful apartments with great floor plans and amenities. The only issues I had in the year of staying here were with dog poop and loud neighbors but the staff fixed both of those problems. Definitely recommend living here!

I wouldn’t choose to live here if you’re planning on raising a family or living with your family. The people that live here are super snotty and the office team isn’t welcoming at all.

So far moving in has been nice, we haven’t met any of our neighbors yet but to rent our apartment has been an easy process. Only small negative is the parking but not a deal breaker.

I love this complex. im originally from san antonio i work in leander and i been looking for safe, trustworthy complexes and since i been approved and moved in the staff is so nice, they are always in the office, if they dont answer they call back same day. Beth has been amazing with our move in process, had a few little hiccups but she has been great throughout our move in. The staff here is amazing, and we really couldn't be happier with our new home. The grounds are well kept and for being so close to the freeway it is pretty quiet, and the people we've met here are all friendly. Great place to have a family.

I feel lucky to have my apartment. It has a view overlooking the wooded area on the north side of the San Gabriel Pkwy. The apartment complex is quiet and I feel safe here. There are activities throughout the year which give folks a chance to meet the neighbors. The staff communicates well via email about the activities, availability of the pool and fitness center and complex happening. I'm quite happy living here.

Great place to live, there are still residents who fail to pick up after their dogs. At least the management stays on top of the community by communicating that lazy owners need to clean up after their pets or pay a fine if they’re caught.

The services and response from the lease office has been fantastic. They are responsive and helpful. Very kind and welcoming. The services with valet trash has been stellar. I haven’t run into any maintenance issues yet which is great. Says much about how maintenance has been keeping up with issues. Some cons though, it’s very easy to hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Thankfully there hasn’t been too bad of nuisance, I’m sure no one is noisy on purpose. This could just be due to the building. Also, parking has become an issue. Feels there are fewer and fewer spots available meanwhile several car ports are empty on the other side of the complex. It seems to be an issue that repeats itself and management tackles it as it appears. Overall it’s been great

It was okay. The parking in the lot is crazy full. Two of the cars never moved out and have the boxes shared with other people who need parking.
