Been here going on 5 years. The staff is great. The neighbors can be the issue. Over the years some have been not very neighborly and surely have no idea how to be respectful of neighbors. Never wanted to rent or buy a house. But considering now. Sorry Aven Ridge

The only improvement I’d like to see is the fitness center. It is very small and doesn’t have adequate weights. The exit gate is also left open, which not safe.

I really enjoy living at aven ridge. I don't really care for the slamming doors, or next door loud music. But I enjoy everything else. I really love when we get food trucks too especially the coffee truck

Overall it has been a nice place to live. The maintenance team is exceptional! Periodically there are issues with noisy neighbors and the parking situation is awful. Appliances and carpets should be replaced and upgraded.

A very quiet place to live. The office staff is very friendly and cordial willing to help with anything that is needed. The surroundings are always clean and it's nice to live in a place like this.

The parking arrangement is not as expected. Guests and visitors should park in the designated areas. The residential parking lot should include designated numbers, similar to a permit parking lot.

Beautiful apartments with great floor plans and amenities. The only issues I had in the year of staying here were with dog poop and loud neighbors but the staff fixed both of those problems. Definitely recommend living here!

I wouldn’t choose to live here if you’re planning on raising a family or living with your family. The people that live here are super snotty and the office team isn’t welcoming at all.

I’m very pleased with my experience here! The communication is great they send a portal message, email and text. Super efficient and very easy to navigate the maintenance request. Very quiet community absolutely love!

I enjoy living here. The apartments are a good size & price. The noise is low. Even living on the first floor I hardly hear anyone above me.

So far moving in has been nice, we haven’t met any of our neighbors yet but to rent our apartment has been an easy process. Only small negative is the parking but not a deal breaker.

I love this complex. im originally from san antonio i work in leander and i been looking for safe, trustworthy complexes and since i been approved and moved in the staff is so nice, they are always in the office, if they dont answer they call back same day. Im so excited to be part of this luxury living community, im so very blessed god let me be here
