I enjoy living here, the noise is minimal and the rent is reasonable especially for the area. The only reason it's not a 5 is because there are a few small things they could do to make this place even better! But overall this place is amazing.

The apartments are spacious and appliances are new and work great. Maintenance is fast and I love the grassy areas for my dog. Lawn care is also maintained very well.

Quiet community which is great, some owners don’t pick up after their dog which is annoying because it’s huge those large ones. The gate on one side of the property doesn’t close all the way which anyone could just walk in through it that doesn’t live here and have a remote. But I love My apartment and appreciate I have kind quiet neighbors

I appreciate the prompt response to my service request to resolve issue with mildew under my right bedroom window. Emails and phone communication are addressed in a timely manner. The complex can't babysit the residents but when issues/concerns arise involving anything on site the attempt to resolve is greatly appreciated. My lease is up for renewal; the best review I can give is signing up for another year....stay tuned!!! :-)

Recently moved in and so far so good! The only actual complaint I have is the cleanliness of the breeze ways. Not to sure how often they are being cleaned. Leasing team is great and on it!

Aven Ridge has been great since moving in back in Jan. 2025. Maintenance had to be called multiple times due to some issues involving leaks in the bathroom and those got resolved quite quickly compared to experiences with other places in the past. The whole crew at Aven Ridge has been great, but the Maintenance team are A for sure!

Been here going on 5 years. The staff is great. The neighbors can be the issue. Over the years some have been not very neighborly and surely have no idea how to be respectful of neighbors. Never wanted to rent or buy a house. But considering now. Sorry Aven Ridge

I really enjoy living at aven ridge. I don't really care for the slamming doors, or next door loud music. But I enjoy everything else. I really love when we get food trucks too especially the coffee truck

Overall it has been a nice place to live. The maintenance team is exceptional! Periodically there are issues with noisy neighbors and the parking situation is awful. Appliances and carpets should be replaced and upgraded.

Good apartment, low noise level. Fairly decent office staff. The amenities are good, the pool is nice just could be deeper but that’s fine it’s a “free pool” space.

I Love every moment maintenance request are done within 24hours if even that sometimes!! The few times I’ve had to go to the front office the staff is always kind and helpful!

A very quiet place to live. The office staff is very friendly and cordial willing to help with anything that is needed. The surroundings are always clean and it's nice to live in a place like this.

The parking arrangement is not as expected. Guests and visitors should park in the designated areas. The residential parking lot should include designated numbers, similar to a permit parking lot.

I'br only been here for a few months but in that time valet trash has been missed twice. I reported to office and right away was reminded of the self-service email to make valet aware.

Beautiful apartments with great floor plans and amenities. The only issues I had in the year of staying here were with dog poop and loud neighbors but the staff fixed both of those problems. Definitely recommend living here!

The entire community is fantastic. The activities, the landscaping, the maintenance... no complaints. I wish there was better office communication, more activities with the staff, and more importantly BETTER PARKING.
