Avante Apartments

My family and I have been here for 13 years. We are very happy with our neighbors. My daughters have fun playing with the neighbor children. We have picnics outback for family and friends. We are a happy community who supports each other. The maintenance guy, Izzy, is awesome, very friendly and helpful.

We have lived in avante apartments now for 2 years. We were looking to purchase a house but the market went crazy after Covid. I have to say it really is a nice community with no problems the staff is very nice and easy to work with The maintenance man Izzy is really a great guy! He is helpful and Knowledgeable he keeping this place up and running !! We are so happy to call this place home for now !!

Abante Apartments are comfortable. Most of the neighbors are nice, including the dogs. The laundry room is easily accessible (a short walk from your apartment) and is fairly easy to use with the new card system (transfer money from your card to the laundry card). The walls are kind of thin and sometimes there aren't enough parking spots near certain buildings (at least near mine), but parking is rarely an issue. Maintenence workers are very nice and work well. The manager is nice as well as welcoming. No rooms in these apartments are too small, everything is decent in size (I've lived in about three of the buildings here). If it seems too small, you will most likely soon find that the size actually isn't an issue. There is a big courtyard that's behind at least eight of the buildings. The speed limit is 5mph on the complex roads, so it's mainly safe for kids as well if they want to ride their bikes. There are sidewalks around the buildings where you can take your dogs on walks. The landscaping is nice and well maintained. There is a garbage unit, which is easily accessible for anyone living here. The apartments are easily commutable to the High School, many restaurants, Route 100, [at least 4] grocery stores, convenience stores, two CVS's, two Wawa's, and many other stores. Overall, Avante Apartments are well kept apartments that should fit the needs of most people living here. I would recommend these apartments to a friend.

Avante Apartments are great, I was in desperate need of a place that allowed dogs and found this place, have never had any issues and have been here a year. It's quiet and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to help me out in different situations.

I love Avante Apartments the staff is great. Barbra the manager is great and their new maintenance supervisor is the best. The place is always clean and quiet. You have a few residents that are nuts but that is everywhere you go. Never had a problem parking is great. They have 24 hour maintenance service. I would recommend this place to live

From the first glance our apartment complex is alright,not great or awful, but alright. Then you start to realize, this is NOT what i thought! with on site card, not coin, operated washers and dryers that are always a problem I now go to a laundry mat. I just found out that one of the staff members will not be here anymore, I hope my maintenance request will still be done right the first time and a timely manner, If not I will be moving because I never had a problem with this staff members on a maintenance request .all in all I would not recommend a friend to live here

From the first glance our apartment complex is Good, not great or awful, but good. Then you start to realize, this is NOT what i thought! When we first moved in our rent was $860 with a rental discount of $100 if the rent was paid in full on the first of every month. Ok! No problem. $760 for 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with on site card, not coin, operated washers and dryers and a decent walk from my car to the front door. Now, 3 years after the first lease was signed and up and 2 new ones were signed our rent is now $925 a month with the same far walk from the car (which when unloading A TON of groceries is NOT fun!) and washer and dryers i need to use my debit/credit card to use and a far walk to that also considering my apartment is all the way out front by the road and the W/D room is on the back of the property, so another far walk with A LOT of laundry. Then there is the matter of my car, it has been vandalized several times and stolen from TWICE but no one is held responsible because the property manager REFUSES to put cameras in our part of the parking lot! All in all if i had to recommend a friend an apartment I would NOT recommend them to check ours out! It is OVER priced and UNDER worth it!!!!!
