I have lived here for two years, at first I loved the place management was always quick to respond and maintenance would complete requests within 48 hours each time. I still like living here but management and maintenance have changed since moving here and service is slower. Also, the leasing office does not answer the phone at all anymore. Overall its quiet and I feel safe living here which is important for me as a woman.

I love living here so far. It's a great community! The community is very clean, the gym has all the basic equipment and the pool area is very nice.

Pretty good apartment complex after living here for almost two years. Gym is open 24/7 but pool is not open often as it used to be. Trash valet comes everyday and it is pretty quiet around here. Maintenance has a 2-5 day turnaround. I enjoy living next to a highway and there is easy access to many restaurants.

Awesome place to live. Quiet and safe. Beautiful pool area ang gym. Friendly staff. Great location. Minutes to midtown and lots of shopping. Eateries ate also nearby. Lots of food options too!
The apartments are old and that’s perfectly fine . The outer appearance and upkeep of the grounds are beautiful. My issue is l don’t live outside and I would like the inside of my apartment to be just as beautiful and maintained as the outside.

The front office always leave packages outside to get stolen by whoever because the gate is ALWAYS broken so there’s always random people in the complex stealing packages that the leasing office just abandons

Avana Uptown is a beautiful community with a lot of potential. I have lived here for over a year and enjoy the quiet and solitude of the property. I wish that the amenities were consistently available and operational. However, it has not been the case. Management is very respectful and courteos, and so are the maintenance staff.

It is a super nice place, very quiet and organized. Workers are very nice and always willing to attend to your needs. It is a safe place and meets the rules so that residents can live very quietly, I like it very much.

Overall it’s good living here. People drive a little crazy in the garage and it is tight turning around the corners in the garage so it can feel a bit dangerous. The assistant property manager is also very very rude

Avanna Uptown was better two years ago. Now it is kinda going downhill. Overall, it isn’t a bad apartment but some things could be improved to accommodate residents.

I love my apartment! It is spacious. The grounds are cleaned regularly. The parking garage always has open spaces close to my apartment. & overall I feel safe living here.

The property is fairly clean besides the urine smell at building 1 entry level staircase and by the pool’s entry. Gates provide security which is good. Small noise annoyance if you live in an apartment by the expressway, but it’s to be expected.

Avanna uptown is a nice apartment! However, like any other apartment, there are some things that can be improved. Overall, my experience has been well. I would recommend others!

This has been my best rental experience during my time in Atlanta thus far. From the maintenance staff to the front desk, I feel supported all around. For example, Juavon has been the best leading office employee I have eve had the pleasure of working with. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and is always quick to find a solution. Outside of the professionalism received here, all of my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and I sincerely don't have any complaints about Avana as a whole.

This staff is AMAZING. Juavon and crew really cares and he goes above and beyond every time! An Instacart driver misdelivered my groceries to the leasing office (instead of my apartment like I instructed), and Juavon called me to let me know my groceries were there! They are kind and attentive. Thank y'all for everything that you do!

I’ve asked for the AC to be fixed multiple times. They come to fix it but it doesn’t work after 2 days. If I do request for a service, I do not get a response unless I try multiple times. As residents, we pay for the pool as well however this whole summer, the pool has been under maintenance and inspections for half the time.

Avana Uptown is a really great apartment at a great price point. I have not had any major issues living here and if I did, the leasing office was available. I did have my packages stolen a couple times which is upsetting but it is what it is. The amenities are super nice!

My experience has been great so far. Management with Casie was amazing! When we had issues with humidity and moisture in our previous unit, the team helped us out very well! My main issue is with trash collection, which is supposed to me Sunday through Thursday, but every week they miss at least one day of collecting trash. This causes the trash chutes to fill up very quickly since people are taking out the trash themselves, which causes the parking garage to smell bad because of the accumulated trash.

I'll be honest, it was a rocky start including some issues with not being able to get into my mailbox and document mixups, but a lot of it was because I basically started the application and moved into my apartment all in one week which was pretty last minute. The management and leasing staff have been kind and a great help throughout the whole process though! I haven't had any major issues with my actual apartment and am liking it so far.

Overall, Avana Uptown is a great place to live. I feel safe and it’s a beautiful place to live. Parking is easy and the amenities are great, along with great maintenance correspondence, it could just use a few tweaks.

Avana uptown is such a well managed property. You are in the heart of the city all while feeling the calm of the forest. Maintenance, management, and overall facilities are great. It's only been two months but it's been great so far. If something isn't working maintenance comes and fixes it. The pool is also beautiful.

Nice place to live at, love the amount of parking available and the location. The apt could have been a little bit better renovated, eg patching of holes in the wall, or type of paint used.

The building is clean and looks like a resort with the way the balconies are wrapped around the pool and the peaceful waterfalls at night. My rent is reasonable for the amount of space and how close I am to everything in the city. I can see myself staying here until I buy my house one year.

Great place to call home. Excellent location , quick access to 85 .You get to #1 hospitals in minutes, Urgent Cares everwhere,fire department down the street,Great shopping & food close by.You are able to vote within 3 miles, get your tag & emissions in minutes within 3 miles. Nice relaxing pool . A safe place, police visibility.
