Avana Springs is a quiet community with ample parking available. The polaygrounds are both poorly outdated. The gym looks welcoming. The size of apartment is comfortable.

I’ve been at Avana since 2016. The community is quite for the most part. (Summers can be a little loud when kids are out of school). I love having multiple pools during the summer. The kids and I have lots of fun. Having the gym also is great. Maintenance is amazing and very knowledgeable. Staff are friendly. Conveniently located by lots of eateries and easy Hwy access. Metro link is very close (I took the train to work for several years). All in all a great place to live.

Avana Springs is a safe and happy community. We walk our dog through out the complex often & every time we go out we always have another person in the community saying hello , or have a great day. Our apartment is very nice on the inside , and had everything we could ever need. The actual location of the complex is near amazing hiking places & good food places. The best part is how dog friendly this complex is, it was so hard for me and my boyfriend to find a complex that would allow our 90 pound puppy, but avana springs said no problem.

I love avana springs ! I have lived here for about 2 weeks now and it feels like home. They welcomed me , my boyfriend & our puppy with open arms . Our dog Maybelle even made her best friend here at the dog park. We switched numbers with the other dogs owner & we meet up everyday at the community dog park! Everyone here is so so nice. Im a 19 year old girl who is terrified of everything , yet I feel so safe here . There are kids who play in the playgrounds everyday & it brings me so much happiness to see them all outside instead of inside watching tv. The pools here look so nice & I am so excited to use them this summer!! The management here has been awesome, and so nice to us. This is the complex you have been looking for. Its economical, nice buildings, safe, and located in a great area. In short, I would recommend this complex to any friend of family member of mine. I myself just renewed my lease. The leasing staff did a wonderful job assisting me with both of my lease agreements. In particular, Cecelia handled every question and concern of mine during the second agreement and I couldnt thank her enough for all her patience! Ive had minor issues in my apartment like a piece of vinyl becoming loose, my towel holder breaking off the wall, sink disposal issues, and the fan above my stove not functioning. I have been able to call in work orders and also use the online resident portal to submit work orders and its extremely easy. The maintenance team has always been able to fix any issue and theyre extremely kind people. Avana Springs has become home for me and I wouldnt want to have it any other way. Thank you Avana Springs for keeping the complex clean and safe.

Ive lived here for over 4 years now. Staff is always friendly and the complex is quiet for the most part. Easy access to highways and restaurants.

Community is good. I hadnobe major issue with my home, the office had it fixed the same day I made the concern. So all I can say is amazing team and community leaders I have.

The place needs an overhaul. More attention to outside grounds & gates area, needs much needed attention. Hardwood floors is a joke. Try living downstairs from that neighbor. No thanks. More attention to parking needs to be addressed. The place would be better if a garage for storage or car would be appreciated

Very quiet, humble, gated community that is perfect for families. With great access to many of the cities attractions and only an hour drive from big bear mountain, this apartment is something I personally look for when browsing listings, with 2 pools, a fitness center, great customer service from the leasing office and peaceful, quiet neighbors. Avana springs is the place to be if you're looking to get out of orange county.
