An excellent place to live I feel very safe. I live alone and the management and the maintenance are very nice to me to take care of anything that needs to be taken care of. I really enjoyed living here.
Not happy with the staff including management and the cleanliness is not up to standards, there is a lot of room for improvement.

Matthews Reserve is a quiet attractive community near shopping and schools, conveniently located near the city of Charlotte. The apartments are spacious and well designed for families as well as singles.Pets are welcome! My year of living at Matthews Reserve so far has been a wonderful experience for me, especially during this pandemic. My interactions with the office and maintenance staff each time has been professional and pleasant. I love that its quiet, peaceful and Ive always felt safe, which is important to me as a single woman. The apartments are clean and spacious, the buildings are kept up nicely and Ive had no issues with any in my building or in the other buildings. The neighborhood is a plus as well. I appreciate the complexes proximity to so many stores, restaurants, and other necessary businesses hospital; as well as the police precinct and fire department. Just started my second lease and I look forward to this continuing to be a great living experience.

Great Location & a really good staff!! Water/Sewer bills are a Major Problem. I am Blessed to be a resident here, yet, I refuse to accept the extremely high water/sewer billing. This is actually my only complaint & something really needs to be corrected.
