I had a good experience the Front Office employees are very helpful and then make sure they go above and beyond to help you they were able to answer all my questions. They still found a way to give me approved for the apartment 10 out of 10.
Things are improving. However u can't blame management for when residents damage and vandalized the property. Management has been responsive when issues are brought up. However I still feel utilities are too much.
We have had a few ups and downs. Mostly caused from the apartment above us. The maintenance team has been wonderful and done repairs quickly. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.
Cannot use the pool because there was maggots/grubs in it! Maintenance used to be on top of things, not anymore. Continue to smell some type of chemical oder, Walls are super thin, smell and hear everything. It has not been a good experience the last few months living here! And I’m sure they’re planning on raising the rent when it’s time to renew. I am doing everything I can to move out of here when my lease is up.

I am an new resident and still new to the Vancouver area. My living experience has mostly been well. I am disappointed in the quality of completion of maintenance request and the cleanliness of the unit at move in. I understand the homes are older but given the cost of rent every month you would think some of that would be put back into keeping things up-to-date & cleaner.

Pretty quiet for the most part. But it does seem the kids in the community are causing some problems. Hopefully things will go back to being quiet once school starts again. Might be time for cameras at the south gym and pool.

Office staff are very nice, and company seems to be trying to make the community more friendly, unfortunately, the rent keeps going up, not in keeping with what the complex has to offer

The staff are super patient and always helpful. I do wish we had actual weights in the gym though, and at least one or two more treadmills. That being said, they have been good to me and my family. The maintenance crew are always timely and friendly, too.

Nice complex with good amount of green areas and ample parking. Close vicinity to grocery store and the freeway is nice for commuting.

Recently, my dog and I had a pretty terrifying experience with an unleashed dog. The staff from Avana 109 office, Stephanie and Keira, checked up on us quickly to ensure no serious injuries and safety, reassured us that any issues would be addressed and advised what needed to be done next. And followed up with us. I felt supported and cared for. Thank you!

The team helped me secure an apartment quickly when I needed to move. They worked with me to fix anything I saw initially to be fixed and even checked in on my move when the time came to move in. The staff love my dogs and treat them very kindly and love on them! When the time came to add a person to my lease, we had to get extra approval or whatever and then a month later renewed my lease and they worked hard to have to extra deposit waived since I had just paid it. The whole team takes time to say hi when they see me and chat if they have time, listen to ideas that may come up to improve different things like the dog park area. It’s not really busy for a big complex which I like and the neighbors pay attention to the things going on in the community. Recently, my dog and I were attacked by an unleashed dog. The Maintenence people came to my aid to help, grounds person called the office, the office called me and animal control and are handling the situation. We were shook up but not badly injured. I feel like the staff here care and make every attempt to do what’s asked by tenants!!!

Recently relocated from another state. Overall, pleased with property and amenities. Units do not offer microwaves (which I don't use often to begin with) however on the occasion that I have needed one, would have been nice. Not enough counter space to give up to buy one. Other than that...office staff..very pleasant, units need a little TLC but not bad overall.

The apartment is great and the community is as well. Staff is very informative and helpful and there for you. Only issue is the sound issue, these apartments must be made of kindling the noise issue here is horrible I can hear everything when people are outside their doors and I can hear when neighbors are talking louder than normal. Other apartments have better sound barriers

I love this place the only real thing I don't like is how drafty the apartment is. Certainly isn't sealed as well as I'd like. You can feel the winter winds blowing through, especially in the living room.

For the most part might almost 8 years have been okay, maintenance is pretty quick and knowledgeable! And the ladies in the office are so on top of their job sometimes they forget how to go through the chain of command! But for the most part it's a pretty good place to be!

This complex is very accepting an open to community tenants and my animals I went above and beyond to ensure that I was set up with everything I needed when I moved in and quickly assisted in fixing anything that needed to be fixed right away.

Dogs running around not on leashes dog poop everywhere . Washer and dryer are not good takes me three or four times to dry a load was told by maintenance they could not replace
